Nice Hotel

Posted Nov 29, 2015
I liked the friendly service of the staff. Excellent housekeeping. I spent tme in the pool area reading-even though it was too windy for swimming. I like the secure feeling of this hotel with the key entry. My room was quiet and I really appreciated it!

No rooms ready at check in time!

Posted Nov 19, 2015
Pros: The hotel room with a window was a nice room. The hotel is in a very central location and we have stayed here before because of the location.
Cons: Put people in the room type they choose, do not overbook room types and expect people to deal with your mistake.
Location: The location is central to everything! The only redeeming factor to this hotel.
Upon checking in a little past 4:00pm (check in time) we were told no rooms were ready. There were several other groups of people waiting on rooms so we knew it would be awhile. Never were we offered water, to keep our bags while we looked around the city, or any type of reimbursement for this problem. If rooms cannot be ready on time, I would think they would consider hiring more cleaning staff. Once we did get a room key we were surprised to find it was "King Supreme" room. Only problem this rooms window looked directly at a WALL! There was no view and no sunlight coming into the room. I asked to be moved to a standard king room which is what I had reserved and was told they were "sold out". After insisting on another room I was downgraded to a double which had sunlight able to come in the window. Staff wasn't friendly about this request even though I was just asking for what I booked. Staff did not try to make it right in any way.

Meh

Posted Nov 5, 2015
Pros: Convenient location
Cons: Replace mattress, adjustable shower head height, AC loudness, post breakfast price
This was probably the least comfortable hotel bed I've ever slept in - significant canyon in the middle of the bed. I'm not sure why I was given an ADA room, but it meant that the shower was way too short for me (I'm 5'8"). The AC was quite loud when it shuddered on and off throughout the night, so I needed earplugs. Lastly the price of breakfast wasn't posted anywhere, I can't be the only person who forgot that, I wish they had posted it.

Pay cash don't trust them with your card.

If the thing with the money didn't happen which was awful and stressful it would have been pretty darn good.
