The room was fine. The shuttle service to and from the airport was convenient. The front desk staff at check in was not very helpful. The directory of services was only available via scanning a QR code. This was not working, not to mention that this is not a preferred way for some people to get information, especially older people. The staff did not seem to know that the hot tub was filled with dead leaves and debris or that the pool was not operating. They were only able to say " I haven't had any complaints so I guess its OK". Part of the reason I chose that location was for those amenities. For a one night stay i could have gotten something less expensive

First, room needed repairs to the wall, notified the staff. They said ok.wanted swim in the indoor pool that was shown on the website, they don’t have an indoor pool. Went to take a shower that night and there was no hot water. Woke up the next morning…..no hot water. Informed the staff when we checked out. They said ok..we will not be back

This Hilton New Orleans Hotel is close to the international New Orleans Airport. It’s a plus to have a permanent shuttle service every 15 minutes from the airport to the hotel and viceversa at no cost for clients. If you are going to travel early in the morning or late a night I strongly recommend to stay in this Hilton.

Men’s bathroom in lobby did not have any water in sinks. Most in the women’s also not work and no soap. No paper towels. Front staff was excellent. Lisa server excellent and food good. Husband showered first and I got COLD shower!! Hilton needs to invest more $$ in their facilities and less in their reality shows.
