It was a great experience. They treat their Hilton Honors guest with great pride. Highly recommended.

Paid for two rooms both with doubles to accommodate four to each room. I was told expedia overbooked and no double rooms were available only one king bed in each room. They said they would bring cots up for each room and I went back to the desk to make sure they were sending cots and when we returned to our rooms at 11:30 no cots and and 12:30 no cots. Finally around one they brought them up. This was very inconvenient for each of us and uncomfortable. Requesting a refund.

We specifically wanted a hotel with a pool but the pool and jacuzzi were out of order the whole week. We weren't informed of this until we went down to use the pool. They did have a great happy hour with snacks from 5-7 every night in their lounge.

Hilton St Charles

Cons: Turn down the AC in the lobby and Use the Key Card Access to get into the Executive Lounge, many people in there that did not belong.
Location: Great location, central to all things people would like to do
Hotel was very nice, in great area, easy to walk anywhere and or catch an Uber. Only issue we had was when you walked into the Lobby when coming back from somewhere and being in the heat, the AC was Full Blast which was unpleasant. Over all I would give it a 4.3 out of 5

Thank you for sharing your experience. We are constantly combating the heat and humidity of the area. We want our guests to feel comfortable while visiting our property. I am sorry that you found the temperature too cold. We currently have a company evaluating our a/c system and changing all of our thermostats. We hope you will visit the Hilton New Orleans St Charles again when traveling in the New Orleans Area.

Convenient to all areas

The hotel was convenient to all areas of the city. You are 3 blocks from the streetcar. The hotel was nice. The front staff was excellent and accommodating. However, the room was small, but ok. The bathroom had several issues that needed attention, i.e. the shower had no force and toilet made noise. Did not care for the restaurant at all!! What they offered is what you got! No substitution, even if you didn't want it!

only concern is that anybody could walk from the street tot he elevators without any screening, Some times there were staff greeting people at the door, but sometimes none.

Awesome stay for Loyola grad

It was very centrally located to everything around the French quarter. Also the st Charles street car stops right in front which can take you to the garden district etc.
