We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to the Superdome (our main reason for visiting NO) and the parking fees were less expensive than other hotels (around $30/day). Our room was clean and the staff was very friendly. We chose to Uber to the French Quarter from the hotel, which I highly recommend.

The customer service and attention from all the staff at front desk Jason wow you made us feel like we were celebrities as well as angel and Tory thank you for your kindness and help. As for the restaurant staff sadly I can’t say the same cause they have some very rude people that make you feel like you’re not wanted but thanks to front desk even with that they made up for the our breakfast experience and Just to see their smiles it made everything better. Oh definitely do not want to leave out to mention that our stay was amazing thanks also to Expedia for giving us a good price on that hotel we had our last night in an Amazing room cause the hotel has amazing mattresses wow awesome beds.
