Expensive, and inconvenient due to parking

Pros: How it looked in my rearview.
Cons: Friendlier staff, parking included
Nothing special here for the price. Parking not being included is a major downfall.

Unfortunately, parking is a commodity in the downtown area and our fee is comparable or less than the competition surrounding our locale. Not exactly close to bourbon street and expensive.

It's a 10 minute walk minimum to where all the action is. Parking is an additional $30 per night, which is not clearly stated when you book this holiday inn.

Unfortunately, parking is a commodity in the city and our fee is comparable or less than the competition surrounding our locale. Was nicer than the Marriott in New Orleans. Staff was nice. We will stay again.

It was a nice stay, parking was easy but not free. The only problem was rest room flush did not work well, but there was no sanitation problem. Room was excellent, breakfast in the restaurant was a bit expensive. Overall a good place to stay.

Nice hotel, convenient area

Pros: It was clean, it has a nice pool and is close to get the street car.
Cons: I was completely satisfied.
Location: You can take the street car near the hotel to Canal St. where you can walk to restaurants, bars, shops etc. or you can transfer to anothe street car.
I went to this hotel with friends for a few days to explore New Orleans, we did not spend much time at the hotel but it was clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. It has a nice pool and the staff was friendly. We used the street car to get around and this was only a short walk from the hotel.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel within walking distance of attractions. We walked everywhere we went. Nice location. Easy to find. Location less than a mile from the Superdome/smoothie King Center. No complimentary breakfast. Nice done in breakfast/lunch/dinner. Had to be dressed to eat at the restaurant, which I liked. Didn't have to look at everyone in their undergarments while eating breakfast. Clean rooms, clean bathroom. Had a balcony room so it was nice stepping out on it at night and listen to the city sounds. Quick check in and out. They have a covered garage and plenty of parking spaces available. Also liked that you needed a room key to access the room floors from the elevator. Felt very safe and trusted to leave my car in the garage and walk where we wanted to go.

No hot water the tub was clogged up the toilet didn't work parking was 30$ a day

Fast service.

Check in was quick and easy. The room was very nice. Our room was poolside but at the time the pool deck was undergoing renovations so it was closed. When we got back to the room after going to the event that we stayed for we thought we had a problem with the a/c unit. The maintenance man showed up in a timely manner to fix the problem. There actually was no problem but there was a part that needed fixing that he fixed promptly. Over all the experience was a success. Friendly staff and perfect distance to all the activities that we had planned to do.
