The hotel reservation served it's purpose.... 1 night stay for concert. Draw backs: had to pay an additional $30 for parking. Check-in was backed up so we had to wait 30 minutes with several cars blocking traffic on street but then it went fast. Found several short curly hairs on top of bedroom comforter and AC unit had exposed wires from maintenance. :-(

Nice location

Pros: Staff was nice!!
Cons: They charged me for some else Laundry bill. They took if off before leaving Hotel.
Location: Great location!!
Good. Room Service took to long to clean room. We left in the morning came back at 4:00 and room still not clean Had to go to the Hotel Loudge while they clean room. Not cool!!

Great location!

Our hotel was situated in the central business district of NOLA. Perfect commuting back and forth since everything was about 10 minutes away. The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. Our hotel room was clean, however, the some of the light fixtures did not work very well. The light fixtures on the wall didn't turn on right away when we pressed the switch or other times didn't turn on at all. The ones near our beds were fine.

Nice place in downtown. Close to attractions.

I liked the hotel. But was disappointed that the ice vending machine was not working on 3 floors. And when I complained about that to the staff the answer was that I should check the fourth floor. They didn't even offer to bring the ice to the room. Rest every thing was fine.

Great Location!

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to what we needed.
Location: There is so much to do in NOLA! Walking distance to great restaurants!
The hotel was conveniently located to shopping and the French Quarter and surrounding areas. We were able to use the streetcars which were so close to the hotel. We rode our motorcycles and had great safe and covered parking. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very cheerful, clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!!

It was fair . We did not know we had to pay $30 in parking! That's a rip off in our opinion. The breakfast was poor for a "nice" hotel.

Conveniently located to the French Quarter

Pros: You can't even go up the elevator without swiping your room key. That made us feel secure.
Location: It's a short walk to most attractions. We rented a wheelchair from Mr. Wheelchair for our uncle. They deliver and pick up at the hotel.
Short walk to the Quarter, restaurants and souvenirs. Karlin, who helps you sign up for tours, is inside the hotel and was marvelous! She knows everything to know about the city and isn't a high pressure salesperson for the tours. Her suggestions were the blueprint for our daytime activities. If you don't get the breakfast included in your stay, it's a little expensive. We were glad to have a fridge in the room, and the balcony was nice. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Great hotel and priced right.

Pros: Clean, friendly and good location, but also quite.
Cons: Elevators were a little slow.
Location: Everything you need or want to do is within walking distance.
Had to come to New Orleans for family court. This hotel is right across the street from court house so took away the stress about being there on time. Also close to everything else you would want to do while in the French Quarters.
