The property was clean and rooms were nicely renovated.However, the beds were not super comfortable The staff was friendly and accommodating. Main attractions were a bit of a distance, so be prepared to walk.

We were in town for a conference. The suite was spacious and well laid out. Furnishings are up to date and comfortable. House keeping came through everyday and the staff were super helpful. No business center but the desk staff will print things off for you if you email it to them. Pool and gym were clean and not crowded. Drug store and grocery store within two blocks. A little pricier than my normal budget but I am extremely happy with my stay.

We have stayed here three times. Evert was fine but not as good as the previous visits. Housekeeping did not clean our room on the 3rs day. Also, I had a sore knee and Conor get ice. The front desk person pointed to the large bags of ice which we would have to purchase. They also don’t have water to drink like most hotels

Centrally located and everything was within walking distance but was out of the crazy busy sections of New Orleans. We were very pleased with everything about Homewood suites and would stay there again easily! Highly recommended and if there was a problem the receptionist was fixing it or getting the right person for the job!

This was a good pick for us in general because if you want to be able to walk to the sights like Canal Street, Smoothie King Centre, the outlet mall and Bourbon street it is all fairly close but just outside of the French Quarter and thereby less chaotic and noisy especially during Mardi Gras time. The breakfast was not very good though and the same every day. It was also only open until 9:30 on weekdays, no exceptions! Our room was good for 3 adults with a separate sitting area and kitchenette. We did have a couple issues with housekeeping and the front desk unfortunately but again it was Mardi Gras time so things were a little crazy!! All in all I would recommend this hotel still.

I had the king suite..it was lovely with my own little kitchen and living room area although I didn’t use the kitchen because I was always on the road..the hotel was clean and the lighting was perfect I recommend this hotel

We really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It was very clean and close to great places to eat or be entertained.Our room was so nice and very comfortable. The staff were all nice; especially a young lady name Cemiko that hosted the social on Wednesday night! She was so sweet and kind. Felt like I met a new friend. The social offers soup, salad, and wine. The breakfast was good, too. Also, the tall skinny dark skinned guy (didnt get his name) that works in valet was really nice too. Overall, we would definitely stay here again!

Unfortunately one elevator was down the whole week of our stay, so only one elevator working made for long waits on the 11th floor. Breakfast was fair. Good but not great. Some dtaff were friendly and helpful but some were not.

The absolute only thing wrong with our stay was the shower didnt get very hot. It was more like luke warm. Absolutely EVERYTHING else about this stay was amazing. I highly recommend it and will be staying here again.

Nice Hotel
This hotel is near the Superdome. Check-in was easy, front desk associate was nice, and the room was very nice and clean. The only downside was parking. Though parking was nearby and not far to walk from the hotel, it was $51.00 to park overnight in the lot. Overall, this stay went well.

Everything was great. Would be nice to have more than two towels if your staying multiple nights and pillows were hard but the biggest issue was that the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed at all.

Rooms were very clean and modern. Towels, sheets and pillows were were soft. Staff was nice and breakfast was pretty decent. Everything seemed to be well looked after. NOLA streets are loud and a lot of street traffic noise-had to use a sound machine. Pool was a bit cold but it was nice to have it indoors. Only one guest elevator seemed to be running, so long waits for the lift.
