The location is perfect. Everything is easily within walking distance. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. The property and rooms are nice and comfortable. This is my second time staying there and I will be back!

Great location, room was comfortable/clean and staff was very friendly/helpful. Get a courtyard room so you will not hear the street late night noise on the weekend.

The hotel is next to Bourbon Street so it is convenient however the walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone in the hall and in the next room talking at a normal volume. Which isn't a problem during the day but when it's 3-4 am and people are playing loud music and scream-singing it's a lot. Also, the dresser was falling apart, the toilet was dirty, the towels had holes in them, and the sheets where stained. It was all a lot and I won't be booking with them again.

All the employees are friendly and say good morning to you. The hotel is very clean and closed to Bourbon St. New Orleans. Try this hotel you will agree with me.

Employees welcome you the hotel. Employees are friendly. The hotel room are clean as well as the front desk and hallways. You are with in a100 feet of Bourbon St. Close to restaurants, bars and souvenir stores. I will be back and you should go there.

The room was spacious, cute, clean and comfortable. We stayed 2 nights. The only downside was that at around 2AM the smoke detectors went off and woke everyone up. We went down 5 flights of stairs to be told it was a false alarm the first night. This happened again at the same time the second night. It was impossible for my husband and I to get back to sleep after that scare.

It was dated and small with dark hallways and rooms. Some of the staff were pleasant and the rest were not even mindful of who was coming or going. The place did not live up to the expectations and description online.

Staff was amazing, but the room and cleanliness very much lacked. Very noisy, thin walls. You can hear everyone walking down the hallway and conversations at elevator. Location was very convenient to Bourbon Street without being on Bourbon Street. Valet parking was easy and Christian was the best.

This is not a new hotel, but it is clean. The room that I stayed in had a vanity in the bathroom that was cracked on the side, and the toilet was a bit shaky. There is no fridge or microwave in the room, so it's best not to bring food back to your room if you want it to stay safe to eat. The front desk clerk; Pierre was amazing! He was very helpful and courteous. He deserves 5 stars. I like that this hotel is surrounded by so many things to do, see, eat, and hear. If you want to stay in a budget friendly clean hotel that is surrounded by all the action that New Orleans has to offer, then I recommend this hotel.

My wife and I visted your hotel Le Marais from Febuary 14th to Febuary 19th for my 50th birthday celebration and stayed in room 206. We wanted to choose a hotel that was upscale, close to the strip with in house amenities but what we got was a very small room (Premium Room) and not one of the simplest amenities. If I was to give anything a good rating it would be the location and the staff. I also had 14 other people that joined us on our recommendation that were extremely disappointed. From the arrival we were greeted with extreme disappointment with the bar and being told that it had been closed since Covid but the website never mentioned any such thing, the outdoor area that was filthy, and the pool looks like a cesspool, to the reck of a premium suite that we paid extra for and smelt like gym socks as if the rugs had never been washed, to the elevator malfunctioning repeatedly, this hotel disappointed in every area that we could think of. The outdoor furniture is in horrible shape and was not cleaned and the indoor furniture was only slightly better. The draft in the half locking balcony in the premuim room was brutal with the temputre droppingf below 35 degrees outside it became a huge chore to warm the room and stay warm with the flimsy bedding. We did not even have a refigerator or microwave to keep our food cold or to warm it up. There was not one microwave in the entire builbing from what we were told which is extremly unacceptable.

Our pool is saltwater instead of chorine and was the color of the tiles paving the floor. In this instance, it was in great condition.We encourage guests to bring their concerns to our attention during their stay so we can address the issues. We have passed along all feedback provided to us to the appropriate departments.This is not the standard for us, and we will take your feedback to further help guests receive a first-class treatment. If you visit New Orleans again, please don’t hesitate to reach out in advance so we can make sure your stay will be exceptional.

The room was nice and comfortable. I loved how staff came and made the beds every day, and they locked the front door when it got late. It was such a nice touch, and i felt safe. The hotel is in a great location, very walkable in the french quarter and all the sights. The staff was kind and accommodating.

Great location just steps off of Bourbon. Fairly quiet, small hotel with controlled access during Mardi Gras. Friendly staff. Enjoyed Copper Monkey being right next door. Very difficult to navigate to the parking garage as many streets are blocked off. Valet parking is expensive considering it is ill-advised to take your car anywhere during your stay, but very nice that they bring your car to the door when you check out.

Hotel La Marais is in the perfect location. It is a good choice for the price. It was clean, and comfortable enough. We only slept and showered there… btw the water pressure in the shower is wonderful! It is not a super luxurious hotel but just fine with everything you need all around you! Pete’s coffee and French Truck coffee are near by. Plenty of restaurants also near by. Bourbon street and Royal street are footsteps away. The staff were super sweet and friendly!!! We really loved the staff!!! We had a good stay and it didn’t break the bank!

Great location. Cleaning staff attention to room not great. First room I was given had a toile tank hose leak..I walked into a bathroom with water all over floor. Second room I was given had a huge bundle of hair on the bathroom floor.

Stayed at the hotel 4 years ago. Hotel was clean, well maintained. Four years later the hotel was run down, the lobby, the halls, the rooms. Our room was musty, linens were clean, but everything else looked very worm and no cleaned well. Caulk in bathroom peeling and dirty. Shower not well maintained, shower head was loose, shower handle was loose making it hard to regulate the water temperature. The other rooms were run down as well. Expedia listing included a welcome drink, but the bar had been closed since covid. The heated pool was broken and looked like it hadn't been cleaned for months. Very disappointed this time around. Great location, but they need to clean up their act.

The property is ideal for everything in the French quarter and even walking to Frenchmen and the river. However the bar is not open which is fine but don’t expect drink upon arrival. Plenty of options nearby including the Famous Door and Boot Scootin which is where we spent most of our time. Oceana right there as well for good dinner. Cafe Beignet just around the corner and shopping on the same street. Hotel clean and staff very friendly.

Very nice hotel in the French quarter. The staff is very welcoming & helpful. The hotel looks really good, but could use a little cleaning of the hotel room windows. I would stay here again. I felt safe. I really enjoyed our stay.

This is my third time staying at this hotel and I was shocked at how much this hotel has changed. Upon arrival we discovered that the deadbolt to our room was not functional and we attempted to call the front desk, but our phone was also not functional! The television remote didn't want to work and channels were minimal. I informed the front desk of our concerns and they were noted. That night a man attempted to get into our room while we were asleep. He was able to open our door a few inches, but the top latch was the only thing that prevented him from entering our room. I woke up in terror. I tried to call the front desk for help, but I forgot that our phone did not work. I didn't sleep the rest of the night because I didn't understand how he was able to get into our room. It wasn't until the morning that I realized our door could not shut completely. All he had to do was push on the door and it opened! I no longer felt safe in this room. The front desk was understanding and allowed us to switch rooms. He mentioned some compensation for our terrifying experience, but I'm still waiting to receive that. In our new room we discovered that most of the outlets were not functional. Housekeeping came on our third day just to empty our trash and throw towels on our bed. The mirror in the bathroom still said some expletives when the shower steamed the mirror, so that wasn't cleaned either. We didn't have our cups, coffee, or water replenished. No welcome drinks. Only is location.

Bed was okay but the pillows were terrible. Room was cleaned everyday, so that was nice to have clean towels and sheets daily. The shower was okay but the water control not good at all.
