Property was clean and easy to find, the staff was super sweet., location was a decent distance from French quarters so you could actually get some sleep at night if you were not interested in partying and drinking. Overall, a great stay and a very comfortable bed. I just wish the single bedrooms was way bigger. It was super small in person

The room cleaning was not great was lucky to get 1 towel 1 wash cloth and 1 bat mat the first 2 days the last day i got 2 wash cloths no bat mat for outside the show and the towel looked like a cleaning towl that was only 3 foot by maybe 2 foott and was like using sand paper to dry off with. The body wash was empty and was never refilled in the shower. Other than the poor room service on bathroom essentials the place was ok

My only complaint with this hotel is that the parking lot behind it is "Premium Parking" and it costs like 50$ a night to park there. It kept saying it was "Event Pricing" and no one knew what this was, even the parking lot attendant - nothing was done about it though. It is better to park on the road for less and walk over. Still, it was a quiet, pleasant stay. The staff were super nice and helpful.

The staff was extremely friendly, helpful, and outgoing. I can't say enough about how great they were. The property itself needs some refurbishing and maintenance. The public areas were clean and well-maintained. The room I was in had been smoked in by a previous guest and the battery had been removed from the smoke detector. The strike plate for the door look was missing a bolt, the carpet was frayed and torn, the paint was peeling.

I liked the fact that you could catch a bus or streetcar pretty easily. Staff was nice. I didn’t like having to pay for parking but the rates were reasonable. Breakfast was good one morning and not so great the next morning. It seemed that only one person was working the breakfast bar and she had a lot to do for one person. That said, there was a good variety to choose from.

Shower size an issue
The inside is clean and the staff was friendly. The shower was an issue. It was plenty long enough but was about 15 inches wide making the shower curtain too close not to be on you most of the time. The door frame to the bathroom was shifted enough to only allow the door to open a third of the way
