Perfect location, very accommodating staff

Wonderful hotel in the perfect location right off Bourbon St., but still surprisingly quiet considering the proximity. Our flight arrived very early around 9AM, they held our bags and offered to call when our room was ready, I never expected to receive that call at 11AM saying just that. Courtyard was very nice and the room was great - very comfortable bed, high ceilings, brick wall. Only missing a mini fridge. We will be staying again on our next visit!

Pros: THE RESTURANT WAS GOOD!!
Cons: THIS HOTEL NEEDS SOME TLC ON THE ROOMS THERE SELF NOT JUST THE LOBBY! I SITTING IN THE COURT YARD AND SEEN A RAT RUNNING AROUND IN THE CT YARD !!
MY ROOM WAS IN BAD COND IT HAS MOLD IN IT ON THE CEILING,VRY BAD ODOR IN THE ROOM, THE FLOOR CARPET NEEDS ATTENTION.

The staff were amazing! The hotel was in a prime location and still quiet enough at night. On site restaurant and cafe were very good. Our air conditioner started leaking the last day, but nothing tragic. All in all, I would recommend this hotel!

Nice stay at hotel St Marie

Overall hotel is quaint and has all the necessary amenities . Rooms are clean and the staff is very good , friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the valet parking when I noticed a small dent in the door of my brand new car. This may or may not have been caused by the staff at the hotel, but definitely happened at the hotel.(possibly by another patron of the hotel opening a door into my vehicle) I brought this to the attention of the hotel owner Mr Micheal Valentino who helped me resolve this issue and get my car fixed. It was very much appreciated and refreshing to see that there is still good customer service out there. Thank you Jeff.

Pros: Service and accommodations. Best frittata I have ever had. (crawfish!)
Terrific folks at desk. Checked in right away. Has an intimate, European feel to it.

Pretty but Underwhelming.

Pros: The lobby and courtyard were beautiful.
Cons: The rooms looked like an afterthought in comparison to the lobby.
We were very excited to stay so close to Bourbon Street but ended up largely disappointed by the experience. The hotel amenities and room were clearly dated and lackluster, and we experienced issues with the room throughout the trip, including a bathtub that wouldn't drain, an incredibly noisy toilet, and a dripping air-conditioner. We informed the staff about each issue but the issues appeared to not be fixable immediately. Overall, the staff was very nice in their efforts to help us, and it wasn't the worst experience...it was just WAY too expensive for what we got. Future trips we'll just stay at one of the big names where we can at least know the rooms will be clean and updated.

Perfect Location

Pros: Seconds away from Bourban St. but wasn't noisy. We only had to use Uber one time but everything else we wanted to see was only a 15 min walk.
Cons: We wished our room would've had a balcony but those rooms cost a little more.
Location: Bourban street in seconds away with endless restaurants and bars, the famous Cafe Du Monde is 15 minutes away and Jackson square is 10 minutes away.
This hotel is beautiful for how affordable it is. The pool is swanky and the interior is ornate. Our room was clean and the staff always greeted us upon entering and exiting the building. Our room was clean and very comfortable. If this is your first time visiting New Orleans, this is the best hotel you can stay in.

Great location. Nice rooms. Good breakfast options at hotel restaurant. Walking distance to all French quarter attractions though very quiet

Lovely Hotel

Very nice hotel located in the heart of the French Quarters in New Orleans. My family and I loved this place and will stay there again next time we visit NO-LA.
