Power went out for an entire afternoon and they said nothing about it. Room could’ve been a bit cleaner. Elevators didn’t work half the time

The staff was the saving grace. Our air conditioner never worked properly and maintenance never came to look at even after the front desk said they would. We ended up going to Wal-Mart about 2 miles away to get a fan to be comfortable enough to sleep. Bathroom was super tiny compared to that of our travel companions.
