Location is great. Hotel room itself was eh. Clean but the wifi did not work, the phone did not work, the tv had bad reception and the light above the couch flickers.

The hotel was clean, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was large, but not made for people like us who are vegans. That gave very limited choices and when those ran out, there wasn't anything else and we were told sorry it was out. Other than that, good area, lots of shopping and restaurants.

The room stinks and full of dust all the vents were full of dust bunnies , bathroom was sticky. Very low grade hotel. Never staying there again and won’t recommend anyone

Our experience at the Hyatt Hotel in the New Orleans Warehouse District left much to be desired. Unfortunately, the room we were assigned had issues with the air conditioning, merely circulating air without providing any cooling relief. Additionally, the main light in the room was non-functional, adding to our overall dissatisfaction. To our dismay, we later discovered that friends who had stayed in the same room the day before for a wedding encountered identical problems and were subsequently relocated to another room. Having just completed a seven-hour drive, we unpacked and settled in before uncovering these issues approximately two hours later. Our check-in was on a Saturday, and we checked out at midnight on Sunday. When we brought these concerns to the attention of the front desk staff, we were informed that, despite the inconveniences and unresolved issues, we would still be charged for Monday. Disappointingly, no compensation or refund was offered for the inconvenience and discomfort we experienced during our stay. Furthermore, an additional frustration was the $39 per night parking fee, despite the fact that we never utilized our vehicle during our stay. This unexpected charge added to our overall dissatisfaction with the experience at the Hyatt Hotel in the Warehouse District.

Nice stay, except for the drunk.
Stay was great. The room was nice and had everything we needed. Room was serviced daily. Access to an ice machine was close by. Breakfast was good and filling for our family. Two negatives, no matter how low you turn the air down it just struggles to cool the room. Second, our room was a corner room which was 2 room doors behind another door. Our last night I come around the corner and there is a drunk woman passed out in front of my door. This woman had clearly been there for a minute and had urinated herself. Now I will say I called the front desk and they came and got her. My concern is that they knew her name and where her room was. Makes me wonder if this had been a problem before. This was also around 9:30 at night on a Sunday.

The staff is very hospitable, welcoming and wonderful however the management needs to do better with cleaning and ensuring things are working properly. Air vents are dirty and dusty also room service didn’t change bedshits and pillow case.
