deducting 20% in rating for room door not locking properly which should never happen. This is a safety concern and should be addressed immediately. Also, the breakfast needs to be addressed as there is almost nothing there. Should at least have dry cereal with milk and juice.
deducting 10% for rude staffer Nicole who did not know basic information she should have, did not offer any assistance to find out, or worse, was too lazy and did not want to assist. Found this to be customer unfriendly and needs to be corrected by management. I see in other reviews they complained about her as well. Definitely needs to drop the attitude and provide the service. A potential deal-breaker for my visiting there again.
