Location was great

Pros: location
Cons: bathroom needs to be cooler and the air was not up to standards
Location: french quarter and the shops with meals.
Room very small and the stairs to get to the room was very steep.Everyone was very nice and the court yard was private.

Great location in French Quarters. Friendly staff. Steep stairs were very slippery when it rained.

Quiet hotel with a short walk to activities.

Ground floor rooms are awesome. We had Room #21 and loved it!! Getting up the stairs can be tricky with lots of luggage as there isn't an elevator. Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a locked gate on outside so we felt very safe.

The housekeeper never came into the room.

The housekeeper never came into the room to change any of the bedding or towels. The shower stopped working so the front desk said we could go to another room and shower and return back to our room. I we will not be coming back.

Hi Norman, I'm incredibly sorry for the poor experience you had at the Inn on Ursulines during your recent stay with us. First of all, barring a request for no service or a hanging Do Not Disturb sign, you should have received daily housekeeping service. I am sorry that was not the case and have taken action with my housekeeping team regarding the matter. As for the broken shower, I cannot imagine what would have caused the shower to suddenly stop working but am working with my maintenance team to fix it so we don't have this problem again. Please accept my apology and I hope our conversations over the phone and via email helped ease your troubles. I would be happy to personally see to it that your future stay is nothing short of exceptional if you're willing to give us another chance on your next travels to New Orleans.

Loved the Inn

Pros: Quiant, quiet unique stay.
Cons: Not a thing.
Location: Perfect location in the French quarter but far enough away from all the nighttime revelry.
The staff was so helpful. We arrived during a downpour and the staff could not have been more helpful. The room was very comfortable. We liked being with walking distance of the French Market but still far enough away to have peace and quiet. We will recommend and return again.

Pros: The location. The staff was pleasant.
Cons: mirror in the bedroom small refrigerator would be helpful. extra seating.
Location: Good location. Good restaurants. Interesting art galleries. Went to the Cabildo Museum which was interesting. Took a walking tour which began at
Rooms 1 and 2 opened up directly on the street. Very noisy at night. The first day no one gave us clean towels. When I called, they gave us new towels and apologized that one of their employees was sick. They never came to pick up the dirty towels until I called the next day. They needed more seating and a mirror in the bedroom. The staff was very nice but not enough of them. I also found two roaches in the room.

First time to New Orleans had a wonderful time. The hotel was walking distance to everything will be back. Loved it

Terrible, overpriced, stay somewhere els

Hot tub was too hot to get in. Mgmt kept saying theyd fix it the next day, Paint peeling from walls, mold smell was overwhelming. Floors were filthy.No frig, no microwave, no safe in room. I will not stay here again or recommend any of the 4 French Quarter guest houses who are owned by the same company.
