A/c was broken and fridge did not cool. Tech had to come out on day 2 of stay after suffering through the first night HOT to inform us that the a/c had frozen up...we had to move to another room. Eventhough they gave us an ugrade for day 2, we still suffered through our first night hot after reporting the a/c out on day 1. We did not get a tech out until the next night, over 24 hours later from initial report. We received a call late on day 2 we would get another room, however we had to stop our plans to move to another room late at night. Very nice hotel in walking distance to attractions, just not prompt with addressing the a/c and fridge issue promptly. Small room for the price.
