Great hotel, very friendly and accomodating staff

Loved this hotel. Location was convenient, just a short walk to bourbon street. Staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. Hotel beautifully decorated and very clean.

Great hotel, blocks from the French Quarter

It's a Boutique hotel. That has a spa feel when you walk in. Great bar with a mixologist bar tender. Lots of great restaurants in walking distance.

It was contemporary swankay but old. The elevator seemed to need up keep. The location was okay in terms of walking distance for food. They need a restrauant on site.

Sexy Hotel

We moved here after a stay in the French Quarter to be closer to a conference. The hotel is very Bohemian and intimate. Room service was great and came throughout the day (even after 3:00 p.m.) so we weren't disturbed after a late night of music and drinks. The bar in the lobby is great for craft cocktails at night. Free Illy coffee, apples and granola bars in the morning were a nice treat, although the hotel doesn't offer any other food options. You can get to the French Quarter in less than 3 blocks, the St. Charles trolley line is less than 2 blocks away. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of fabulous restaurants. There is limited nightlife on this side of Canal Street so you will have to ride or walk a ways. The Riverfront Trolley line doesn't run on a regular basis so you will have to wait if you want to travel down to Frenchman Street, the French Market or Cafe du Monde. The walk from the hotel to Cafe du Monde is probably a good 10-15 minutes. If you have sensitivity to smells, this might not be the best place for you. The hotel uses an air freshening system that permeates the hotel and can be pretty strong when you first walk in to the hotel. If you are looking for a hotel with character, this one has lots of it and is well worth a stay.

Good location but terrible service

Under construction, 30-40 min for valets. Silent 45 min at the front seat at 2am trying to check in because Expedia didn't send them our registration.
