I felt very safe. I was traveling alone and I loved that there were always doormen, needed key to room to operate doors and elevators. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bathroom had wonderful shower. Close to transportation and yummy restaurants. Would absolutely stay there again.

This was a beautiful hotel to stay in. Fitness facilities and pool were incredibly clean and great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I wouldnt stay here during Carnival though. Its on the parade routes so we got stuck a few times!! Any other time of year, top notch..

Definitely plan to stay here again
You cannot go wrong with JW. This will now be my go to hotel when staying in New Orleans. Excellent staff and it was easy to get to many places (French Quarter, shops, restaurants) from here. Everything else was a 10-15min ride share trip. Also, and most importantly, the property was beautifully maintained and CLEAN. I am super particular about lodging cleaniness and this hotel met my specifications.

The heater inside our room was not working. We called for maintenance a couple of times. The same technician came twice worked on the HAVC with limited success. He also made quite a mess. He suggested housekeeping will be coming to clean the room. No one showed up for our entire stay.

The bell hop brought up our luggage and he was great. Valet parking was great and the front desk was great. Everything went downhill from there. We requested towels and waited an hour. No towels. So we called again and didn't receive any washcloths. They came later with those. The breakfast at Fogo de Chao was horrible. All of the hot breakfast options were empty. we waited about an hour to pay $18.00 for fruit and a cold bar. The room floor was dirty. One of my pillows was dirty. I will stop there.

The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was amazing. The housekeeping staff is the best I have ever came across anytime we needed anything they delivered no questions ask the cleanliness was second to know. From beginning to end, everything was extremely professional, courteous, and extremely polite I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New Orleans.
