My room was by the pool and it was very loud. The room had a funny smell and no trash bags in the trash cans. The pillows were uncomfortable. Other than that the room was fine. Not what I expected for the price

Need better late night front desk help

I called the hotel to let them know we would be in late spoke w Haily she was amazing told us it was no prob to check in around 10 on the 7th of May. We got to the hotel and had one person in front of us one behind the front desk clerk was very rude to the people in front of us she rolled her eyes when they guy didn't know the model of his car and was very short. We walked up and were very cheerful (maybe she had a bad guest who knows) she was just as rude to us when my husband ask for the wifi password because he didn't hear what she said she got huffy. We booked through Expedia so we didn't know that we wouldn't get reward points so we handed her our reward card and the world ended right then and there she made it very clear that we didn't get the points so loud that there women behind us looked up it was very embarrising. We had to ask where are room was and she acted if we were inconveniencing her??? The hotel was nice very well redone. We started to re think staying maybe this wasn't where we wanted to stay due to our impression of the front desk. We got to our room we felt much better only neg we have is the tub was peeling everything else was very nice even the desk clerk who checked is out was wonderful it restored our faith in the hotel.

Awkward entrance on a service road.

Staff needs to be better trained on check-in procedures. Grounds need to be spruced up. The overwhelming smoke smell throughout the facility was not pleasant.
