I spent the weekend there. The cleaning was never done. I asked about an ice bucket, I received 2 paper coffee cups for ice. The towels were nonexistent. We asked for towels until 9:00 pm. Never ever got any clean towels. The room door had been kicked in and the latch was so bent there was no way to use it. I told them on checkout it was the dirtiest place I had ever stayed in. The ice machines on each floor are a joke. Not working. In order to get ice I had to walk across the parking lot to the lobby. I am an elderly female with disabilities. I don’t blame the staff, I blame management. Please don’t stay here. It is worst than horrible.

They said th t had no rooms then we went on line and booked it. The room smelled despite being told the carpets were cleaned that day. They were wet for the two day stay and sticky. Only provided 2 tiny towels and bath mat. The tv was stuck to the table this hard to see when laying in bed. No remote had to call for one. Easy to get an Uber into the heart of the city though

Rooms where dirty, management where rude, no clean towels, no toilet paper, they put us in a room where there was a connecting door and they were partying the whole time, drugs where being sold next door all week long, no room services, no housekeeping until fourth day. Overall it was a terrible experience. It is by far the worst la Quinta I have ever stay in usually they are not bad but this one was privately owned and was terrible

The staff was great, but the property is in real poor condition to include the locking mechanism on the door. I barely slept due to fear of someone walking in on me. There was gun shots and I did not feel safe at all.

Drove right hours to find out they cancelled our reservation we made six months in advance, but never contacted us to let us know. But they charged my card so still waiting to get refunded for that.

This property is suitable for homeless people or smokers, the rooms and the place are in terrible conditions, dirty, bad smell, I had to cancel and find another place to stay. Please it needs a lot of maintenance and cleaning, the photos are one aspect of reality another. I do not recommend it.

The first room they gave us, the bed sheets were stained and had hair all over. It smelled very moldy and very dilapidated. The second room, the sheets appeared cleaner and the room didn't smell as bad, but was still very neglected. Broken towel rail, cigarette burns on furniture and bathroom. Toilet water was running non-stop. At least the room didn't smell like cigarettes.

The reviews for this property are accurate. We checked in late due to our late flight but had to wait 45 minutes for their system to reboot which is what it is. Technology. Once we got to our room it smelled so bad of smoke and chlorine. While they may have cleaned the tub the floor is permanently discolored making it look dirty. We stayed one night because it was so late and the staff were helpful in getting us checked out in the morning. I don’t recommend at all.

I had to purchase bleach n pinesol from gas station next to the hotel n clean the room myself it was wig n closet left from someone else holes in the wall homeless people sleeping in the elevator people hanging out in parking lot all time of the night people at the front desk is very rude except the young man who work at night. But them chicks have no customers service skills I would never go there again

One of the filthiest places I’ve ever been. First room TV did not work, but was by far the worst problem, room smelled like urine , was filthy. I got another room bc of the TV. It was just as filthy, smelled like weed. There were Black and Mild wrappers all over the floor. It DEFINITELY had not been swept are mooped, couldn’t walk on the floor without your shoes. Pubic hair on the toilets, spilled sticky drinks all over the floor. The only thing they MAY have been done were they made the beds, I doubt they changed the sheets. If it had not been so late that I checked in and knew I was leaving early the next morning there’s no way I weighed have stayed here. The bathtub is also covered with hair. Not worth $20 much less $120. I have NEVER left a review on anything in my life. This place is so bad I had to warn people. DO NOT STAY HERE

Property was deteriorated, dirty and poorly ran. Front desk morning and evening shifts flat out lied about conditions of the room and never assisted in correcting the lack of towels, blankets, and pillows. You will be better off on Manhattan Boulevard properties.
