Overnight stay

Posted Apr 25, 2017
It is the kind of hotel you expect to stay in when visiting New Orleans. Unfortunately, I couldn't stay long enough to enjoy it. Will definitely stay there the next time I am in town.

Very poor customer service. Book at your own risk.

Hotel staff did not try to accommodate me at all. Would not recommend.

Great Location

Posted Apr 14, 2017
Pros: Location, Quiet, and Inexpensive
Cons: Fix up a bit, scratched furniture, and hallways. Need to be thoroughly cleaned, and replace some furniture.
Location: Casino, Port of New Orleans, French Quarter, and great eats. Perfect location to walk everywhere
Hotel could be fixed up a bit, but for the price and a pretty good nites sleep, its a little better than okay. But a great location. Walking distance to everything, Port, Casino, and French Quarter, Union Station.

Very nice hotel

Hotel was very curt boutique like place. The staff was friendly and greeted us every time they saw us. Hotel is close to the French quarter and to mostly everything we wanted to do! Would definitely stay here again!

Boutique hotel off the busy areas

Posted Apr 7, 2017
Pros: It was quaint and quiet; Had an in-room safe, hair dryer and iron; Nice TV.
Cons: Floor in bathroom very slippery when wet; I think they only have Queen beds so need to ask if they have King rooms. Does not include breakfast
Location: Right off Poydras on St.Charles Ave. next to Lafayette Park. Easy to walk to all sights and restaurants on Decatur and towards Bourbon Street.
Only stayed for one night but this small hotel of 60 rooms was very quiet and comfortable. Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Can walk to all the sights and restaurants including the Casino and Bourbon Street. Easy to get to if driving. I would certainly stay there again.

Great location for a Visit

Posted Apr 7, 2017
Pros: Employees, alone with room comfort and size
Cons: I like this hotel
Location: You can walk to Harrah, the River Walk, the French Quarters, Jackson Square
The employees were friendly, helpful and professional. The only issue, which was minor was the noise of the street car when it passed. The street car noise was the only reason I didn't rate my stay perfect. This is not my first stay and it will not be my last.

Great hotel !!

Posted Apr 4, 2017
Stayed at the hotel for my godsons wedding and even though it's a couple of blocks away from The French Quarter, it was peaceful. I did not hear a single siren and we got the much needed rest. We had a great weekend and the staff was very friendly!!

Great location

Posted Mar 31, 2017
Pros: Location and staff
Location: River walk, restaurants, shops right there and Bourban Street and French Quarters were only a trolly ride away.
I was there for a convention a the Hyatt. Loved the location. It was right on the trolly line so we were able to go all around New Orleans easily. The staff were excellent!! Very friendly and helpful.

Great staff who helped with some flight delays and booking issues. Comfortable and clean rooms. Great location. Great value for money. Slightly dated decor.
