Whow! They do need to work on some key aspects

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 10 yr. I will not do so again...soon. They need to work on maintenbance, hire a few more staff, and especially train staff in how to really take care of guests. For example, upon check-in, we waitedk 45 min for delivery of the luggage. The phones did not work, so 3 calls to finally obtain ice 1 hr after the first order. The Internet was slower than I have experienced in developing countries. I had to wait for 20 min (and ask twice) for someone to retrieve our bags, as the porter disappeared for that duration.
