Good full service hotel

Posted Dec 2, 2016
Pros: Room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Bartender made a great martini!
Cons: Elevators were very slow during my stay. I ended up taking the stairs most of the time.
Location: Plenty of restaurants and services within easy walking distances. Location convenient to both the quarter and convention areas.
Stayed there recently attending a convention. Hotel staff was very friendly, room was well appointed and comfortable.

Nice hotel close to the French Quarter

Posted Nov 27, 2016
Pros: Complimentary water and coffee in the lobby, as well as PBJ sandwiches in the evening. Our floor had been recently refurbished and looked beautiful.
Cons: The water flow of the faucet in the bathroom was terrible, but overall, not enough of an inconvenience to ruin our stay.
Location: The hotel is a couple of blocks away from Canal and Bourbon Street. Very walkable area and we felt safe there.
My family and I spent a couple of nights at Le Pavillon and were very pleased with the location and overall experience at this hotel.

We fully investigate any and all claims. Like most hotels, we have an agreement with a National Pest Control company that will professionally review the room from top to bottom. We should have the results quickly and will respond directly.

beautiful hotel

Posted Nov 26, 2016
The hotel was beautiful and in a good location and I would stay there again but I needed a larger bed. The 2 double beds in the room were good beds but I'm 6 feet 2 and a double bed isn't large enough for me and my wife and neither of us are over weight The bed is just to small for me but my overall experience was good.

Close to French quarter but away from the noise.

Posted Nov 25, 2016
Cons: They had renovations going on when we visited.
Close to French quarter but away from the noise. Convenient short walk in a safe area. Take the trolley to the garden district just one block away.

Pros: Staff, interior
Cons: Cleanliness of rooms; hotel directory was dirty/stained.
Great, PB&J a nice touch. Really nice interior/decoration. Coffee/breakfast over-priced, go down the street to Rouler.

Historic gem a few blocks from the French Quarter

Posted Nov 24, 2016
Nice hotel in a very desirable location. Pleasant 20 minute walk for able Senior Citizens. Wonderful staff. Only drawback is you pay $40 a day to park your car whether you use it or not. Be sure to factor this into reservation cost - guess it is in the fine print. Anyways, not a major cost for us and well worth it.

Thank you for your feedback. Sorry if there was confusion with our parking fee. We only charge our guests who park with us and the rate is very competitive for the New Orleans market. Hope to see you again soon

PB and J

Posted Nov 24, 2016
Pros: The whole package. The Peanut Butter and Jelly snack tradition is utterly human.
Cons: It would be nice to see a small refuse container in the main room, for desk litter, etc. And maybe some hotel stationery.
Location: a crisp walk to the Riverfront, and to Canal st.
An utterly charming contrast to the cookie cutter Hiltons, (such as my conference site.) There is an artistic quality to the entrance floor, w/ some nice paintings as "warmers." The comments by staff - just the simple greetings, seemed genuine, and there is a "small" feel to the hotel.

Stay at New Orleans

Posted Nov 23, 2016
Pros: Nice design and excellent decoration, and friendly service.
Cons: Checkout at this hotel is a bit early (11 ) and can be extended to 1300 hours, but still is a concern. Consider making the late checkout by 1600 hours
Location: This is the business district, so go to Canal Road where there are many shops and things to do. It's only two minutes walk.
Although it was only one night, but it was an excellent experience. The location is great.
