Great Location

Cons: Odor
We loved that we could walk everywhere from this location. Our only concern was a musty smell on our floor. It was unpleasant but we could stand it. Everyone was wonderful to us, from check in to check out. We had a car and the valet staff was super efficient and friendly. Cafe Adelaide was a decent value for breakfast. That is the only meal we ate there.

Very nice BUT parking rates are rude

Central to everything but parking rates are disgraceful usd47 per day come on seriously

Be careful on checkin

Said our room would be ready at 4:00pm but for $40 more per night he could give us a room now What a scam

Pros: I enjoyed the friendly staff and the convenient location.
Location: The hotel is located in the perfect location and is in walking distance to the French Quarter.
Loews was perfect for my needs. The staff was super nice and the location was perfect, just steps away from the main areas of the French Quarter.

The front desk was extremely rude, if it was not for that I would have liked the stay.

Needs updating, hot tub is rustin

Beds aren't as cushy as they were, pool was cloudy, too cool, workout room had no ab training. Room thermostat didn't work. Blackout curtains didn't do the job, room phone didn't work, tried to access messages and couldn't. No microwave available. Staff is still fab, but I won't stay here again.

So nice

This hotel was so nice. The staff was friendly and informative. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. It was also in a good location. It's close to the French Quarter and the Garden District. I would highly recommend this hotel!
