Great location. Overall eccellent building, but cheap regarding not beingvable to use the regrigerator for juice we buy. Ad much as we pay, a little refrigeration should come with it. That's just cheap, and it makes Loew's look small compared to other hotels.

Property was dirty and run down. Staff was very unfriendly and not helpful. Went to restaurant at 11:30 for lunch and they were out of fries and we were the only people in restaurant. We went to lobby bar the next night and sat at a table for 15 minutes with no service. Bartender and waitress both saw us and never acknowledge us. There was one other table of two people in the whole bar area. Hotel was dirty with trash on the floor in hallways and elevator. One the maids was watching videos on her phone in the hallway when we tried to get her attention she never looked up. We’ve stayed at this hotel 3 times and unfortunately we will never stay here again.
