Overall, it was a wonderful stay at The Moxy! It was our second time staying at a Moxy Hotel. The room was fantastic and the location was perfect! We were able to walk to most of our destinations. The only area that we were slightly disappointed in was the customer service. From the check in, the visit to the lobby for drinks, to when we checked out, the staff was discourteous. It felt like assisting us (and others) was an inconvenience, even as one staff member was laying her head down on the table at the check in computer. The lobby area lacked the charm of the rest of the hotel as the environment was hard to embraced with the excessive volume of the explicit music that was playing. We will definitely give The Moxy-NO another stay because it did meet our expectations on an amazing place to stay!

Close to the strip. Felt safe walking to Bourbon and back. It was a central area where Ubers weren’t so expensive. Staff were friendly, I just personally don’t like the room structure with the sink outside the bathroom. But beds were comfy! Oh and it’s a lil weird to go to an iron floor versus having one in your room.

The staff was amazing besides I didn't like that room service was trashing things I particularly wanted and searched for as I didn't expect it to be trashed. The bathroom made an irritating noise and the water in the shower would not stay hot neither of us to take a shower. I also didn't enjoy seeing rats at the entrance at night (under no control of the hotel). Otherwise , this was a great stay for night life! very close and convenient to everything.

I was sadly very disappointed in this stay. I arrived around midnight after being delayed getting in and just wanted to get to bed. However, the first room I was given was very dirty- black footprints in the shower, puke on the trash bin, what looked like sweaty dirt stains on the toilet seat. I went downstairs and asked for another room, which I was given (the front desk was very nice) but this new room was on a floor only one elevator goes to, so long wait times up/down, there was a very loud but persistent buzzer noise going off all night and morning every 10-15 mins, the AC unit was very loud and freezing and couldn’t get it to turn off/hotter temp so I slept in 2 layers. There were also tons of black hairs in the shower, all over my “clean” towels and the hot water never came on so could only manage a washcloth “bath” in the morning. Overall, everything just feels dark and dingy at the property on purpose- to cover that it’s actually not clean. I’ve never been so thankful to only stay one night in a place in my life - and I’m typically a hostel/cheap hotel girl so my standards are low.

Stay was ok. The bedding was dirty when we got there and has someone's eyelashes and makeup on the blanket tucked into it, which shows that the bedding wasn't washed in between guests. So we were pretty disappointed upon arrival! Room was really kinda small and the bathroom was tiny!

Good quick stay. Valet, elevator slow but otherwise, decent hotel. Staff seems overwhelmed with checking you in & making drinks at the same time; all while checking their phone and having you wait. But overall, average stay.

The A/C in our room would not come off of heater or go lower than 69 and we were very hot all night. The staff was great and atmosphere was cool but it wasn't a comfortable sleep.

Imprisoned in our room
Electonic lock on door died preventing us from entering the room for the 2nd night of our stay. Maintenance was unable to fix. They had to break in to open the door. One of us had to be in the room at all times, as the door could only be opened from the inside. Trapped in the room from 6:00 pm is no way to vacation. There was no offer to change rooms or refund or discount our stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and modern, otherwise.
