Only compliant we have is the curtain was too sheer and people can see through it. The big dark curtain doesnt close all the way.

Nice hotel

Pros: The hotel had a convenient location for access to the street car and was just a short ride to the French Quarter.
Cons: Air conditioner and door needs to be repaired
The hotel was nice, however the air conditioner setting could not be adjusted, so it was rather cold in the room. The door to the bathroom was coming off the hinges.

Good location not so good conditions

There was toothpaste splatter all over the mirror when we first walked into our room. There was a pair of someone else's underwear on top of the closet shelf. The valet was hardly ever there when we would pull in.

Fantastic stay

This hotel is in an excellent location. Within the garden district and across the street from the trolley. The staff were very friendly and professional. The hotel could use some updating and a deep cleaning, but the comfort of the hotel made up for this. The pool is refreshing especially after a day of sightseeing. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed vibe of this hotel. It was a 3 star for the hotel itself, but 5 stars for the customer service, breakfast, and the easy access to restaurants and tourist attractions. We would recommend this hotel.

Very Nice Hotel

Very cute place to stay, has trolly pick up out front. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Pool was not heated, but does have a hot tub which was good. Could use railings installed for pool & hot tub. Hot breakfast with a large seating area. Security people on hand, felt very safe there. 25.00 parking fee per day. Would definately stay there again.

Hotel stay was wonderful, for the exception of valet worker whom harrassed my husband and I more than once. March 28 we checked out and even walking to car he would not leave us alone it almost led to a physical altercation. I did report it and yet have heard from manager.

Not as good as last year

Although it's location next to a trolley car stop & numerous Garden District attractions this hotel has aged since last year. Parking rates and pricing is ridiculous for such an aged facility. This place definitely needs to be upgraded....

Nice location

Was nice and clean Good location for walking to stores. Taxi's available at all times. Nice friendly staff

Nice place

Room was nice and the hotel staff were really nice. Wifi was terrible. Parking is pretty much free around the area, it's a little nerve racking but I parked on the side streets each night and never had an issue.

A little disappointed

One of the mattresses in the room should be taken out of service. It had a huge "hole" in the middle you couldn't stay out of and creaked like there was broken springs. Took a long Nguyen time to get checked in. The counter guy was eating his pizza while he was checking us in that may have had something to do with our room keys not working. After our car was unloaded and moved, we stood in the cold with luggage in tow while the valet driver tried to get a room key to work. It took 4 times until they finally arrived with a card that would unlock the door. I know with a high moisture area mildew can be a problem but they should be able to remove more from the tub/shower area than they did in this room. I probably wouldn't stay here again. I do have to commend the valet and security people. They were always around and friendly and helpful.
