I had a great stay until this morning when the person next door or people had music playing so loud it could be heard down the hall and I could feel the vibrations of the bass before 6 am.

The team at this hotel was phenomenal. The front desk staff deserve raises. Especially the front desk evening supervisor.

My stay was for Mardi gra. I loved how safe my family and i felt while staying at Marriott. The room and bed were comfortable and clean. It was worth the price.

Need to fix parking garage gate
My only complaint was the gate at the parking garage! We had to make several calls to the help desk bc the machine wouldn’t read our cards or credit card. Also, paying $20 every time you left the parking garage is a rip off.

Springs in the mattress were broken and there was a deep sunken area that made it very uncomfortable. Had to request a mini fridge. No, none, nada plug ins on one side of the bed. Smoking area was a dingy corner of the lower parking garage, behind a pallet of Sheetrock , with only one tiny uncomfortable bench. Parking garage had row after row of “reserved parking “ that was empty, and almost no parking that wasn’t reserved. Ticket machine in garage was broken, so we had to call the desk every time we needed to exit.

This is our second stay at Lakeway Marriott. The lobby area is beautifully updated and staff is very accommodating. The room however, very disappointing. Between the backed up drains in bathrooms (tub and sink) horrible water pressure, lack of space in our bathroom (knees touch door, if attempted to use restroom with door open) peeling paint, baseboards missing and uncomfortable bed. It was lacking "love" for sure. We will return, but definitely time to start updates!

The front desk staff was friendly and so were the valet staffers…. My only complaint is the quality of the rooms and hallways. The room just felt dirty and old and the beds were extremely uncomfortable

The staff that works at Bistreaux Metairie, the restaurant inside the Marriot , gave top tier service and really went above and beyond to make every meal experience we had so warm and welcoming. They are a good part of the reason we rebooked this location to stay for our business trips to Metairie the last 6 months.

The place is excellent, very cozy the cleanliness was beautiful, the only thing I didn't like was the parking, there were only two options and both of them you had to pay, that left me a little frustrated! But despite that I would return to the place again for sure.

I had a great stay.. only thing is that I didn't get an newly renovated room( no biggie) and the feather pillows are not my favorite.. woke up and my face was swollen... Other than that great stay, great service, great veiw from my room.. valet also awesome..

Pleasantly surprised! Because reading these reviews would make you think you are going to a “Motel” smh! Awesome customer service! The room was clean and up to par! Ice machine and vending close to room! Valet was on point! The shopping and restaurants close by! The only thing was the toilet takes a long time to flush but that wasn’t an issue you just have to hold it down a little longer… overall the stay was great, housekeeping was wonderful as well! Would definitely stay and recommend.
