I absolutely love the Omni. Convenient to Riverwalk outlet stores, casino and Frencj Quarters. Staff is always welcoming and helpful.

I spent one night at the Omni and I was satisfied. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and up-to-date in decor. I felt like I could easily walk to and from the hotel as needed for dinner and entertainment. My only gripe is that one of the garbage cans was filled to overflowing with trash, but I assume it was simply overlooked by mistake. I plan to come back someday!

We were unlucky enough to have stayed there during a several day period that the entire Omni system was down due to system hacking of some kind...ransomware or spyware or malware l. We were inconvenienced a little because we couldn't get key cards made for our rooms, however every customer had to be escorted to their rooms and the door unlocked by one of the employee every time we wanted in. Each and every one of them that we dealt with were pleasant, upbeat they weren't in a bad mood like so many in other hotels on a regular basis. The the whole hotel handled it very professionally. One negative was that their rooms did not have USB ports, or very many ac outlets.

I was so impressed when the concierge began texting me about travel choices. I was even more amazed when they responded to me when I texted back. It was very handy to have quick answers to all my questions. The room and bed was very comfortable and that staff were very nice and efficient.

The first day there the shower water was cold but when I contacted the front office they sent their engineer right away to fix it and the remainder of the stay we had hot showers. The staff were GREAT at the front desk and the bar. The hotel looks older than we expected but overall it was a REALLY GOOD experience and I would stay there again and recommend to others. We walked EVERYWHERE we wanted to go so the location was PERFECT!

I was in NO for a convention, and the location of the Omni was perfect. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable, the staff were all very kind and friendly, and I felt like I was within a reasonable walking/riding distance from some of the places I wanted to see.

Very good staff. The hotel is pleasant and feels inviting. You won’t be disappointed. It is a little pricey but it is a tourist destination.

The staff is outstanding! Everyone there makes you feel like a queen or king for a day or as long as your stay. The facility is very clean, security is very tight. The dislike is the cost of valet parking ($48.50) per day. I frequent this establishment several times throughout the years and it appears that the cost of parking is constantly going up. Other than that, this is my place to stay when visiting the "Crescent City."

This is a beautiful hotel! The staff is absolutely amazing and informative. It’s in a perfect location as well where everything is within reasonable walking distance, but when you’re ready to go to bed you are away from the noise

Pretty standard hotel. Nothing special. It was clean and wirh very nice staff. It was veeery noisy though. We were woken up multiple times during the night. Our room was facing the street. I wouldnt stay in this hotel again. Unless they get better noise canceling windows.

Upon check in, we were meet with one of the most unprofessional front desk clerks we'd ever encountered. She was attempting to look up my reservation, asked for my name twice and when I offered the confirmation number she ignored me. I asked again and she placed her hands on th top of the screen and said "chill out", as if she and I were acquaintances of some sort. The encounter continued to go down hill as she invited another guest over "with her eyes" as we were finishing our business with her. She would be the reason I don't recommend any of my Mardi Gras friends and family stay there. Conversely, Leonard in the bar was top tier...5 Star. He was hands down the brightest star during our stay. I will visit the hotel bar and interact with Leonard any day of the week.
