I have several issues with this property. Starting off the moment I check in, there’s garbage in my drawers. Empty chip wrappers. Not something anyone checking into a 4 star hotel wants to see. I dismiss it, nbd. I set up my makeup on the bathroom sink counter and I start running the faucet. Water starts leaking from The cold handle and I have to move quick to save hundreds of dollars worth of makeup. I call the front desk to complain. They tell me someone’s on the way. No one comes all day. No one actually comes for 3 days. night 2, I get stuck in the hotel elevator. It happens that I can understand. But the call button from the inside fails to work/reach someone. I have to google the hotel phone number and call from my phone and say hey, idk if you can see the cameras but I’m stuck and I’m waving and I’ve been trying to get help. She says we’re sending assistance. Now I can hear someone on the other side with a radio. I call out to them. I literally say “hey if you’re free from me can you let me know?” “Are you here for me?” They don’t respond ever. And I’m in this elevator for under 10 mins. No big deal but at least let me know that you’re here to assist me. When I complained about being ignored while stuck inside , I was easily dismissed by Amber, a manager. She said “the elevator walls can be thick I’m sure that wasn’t the case” I shut her down quickly saying if I can hear this man talk on his radio and the radio respond he can hear me thru the elevator doors.
