Liked location, pool, comfortable bed, all staff,balcony, and restaurant. Disliked bathroom, needs update, shower not hot enough and stinging stream. Very loud through the night, trash pickup every 0300! No complimentary coffee! $500 a night, curtain to balcony and bed shirt stained, please -can do better than this.

Great location in the heart of NOLA French Quarter, a historic old-style hotel. Does not deserve four stars. Caulking in the bathroom was worn and black with mold. The bar and hotel selection was way too limited. The staircase rug in the once elegant entrance was frayed and worn.

The property itself was great and in a great location and the staff also was wonderful , the reason for the 3 star review was that for the price I paid for the room ($400 a night) I expected a bit more, the room was just average, and it didn’t even had a mini fridge, I had to request one from the front desk. The bathroom was small and had hot water issues and the tub was very slippery and you didn’t even get free WIFI, really $9.95 a day for WIFI is ridiculous. I’ve stayed at numerous hotels in the French Quarter and there was many others that cost less with equal if not better rooms.

The staff was very nice but the property overall is tired and in dire need of renovation and upgrades. The menu in the restaurant is limited and the food is average at best. We had a room with a balcony which had peeling paint and mismatched furniture. The bathroom was minuscule; very poor lighting and the make up mirror was mounted over the toilet, so low on the wall it was useless. There was no bath mat or anything to prevent slipping in the bathtub! On the plus side, the location in the French Quarter was great, close to everything and the bed/pillows super comfortable! This property is not up to the caliber of other Omni Hotels I have stayed at but if you can deal with some of the drawbacks, the location and nice staff might make it worth consideration.

Great hotel in a great location! We had a courtyard room one night but there was a problem with the tub draining. Within 15 minutes someone was there to try to fix, it didn't work, and we were upgraded to a balcony room. Both were great rooms and very cute, but the balcony room was amazing! Great staff and service.

Great centralized location. A few minutes to Jackson Square and some of the most popular locations in NOLA. We stayed here with our children and they had a great time at the rooftop pool. They are working on the bar on the rooftop so this would have been great if it had been open. Staff was so friendly and nice! Would highly recommend the balcony room as we loved looking out at the street (quiet street) and listening to the music from around the other busier streets.

Omni had a data breach 5 days before our arrival and did not disclose in advance the breach would substantially impact our stay. Omni could not make keys for our room. We had to find a staff member to let us in our room every time we needed to get into our room We also could not access the pool area without a key and had to find a staff member on the first floor to get onto the rooftop pool. The property advertises a pool bar and restaurant but it was never open any of the 4 days we were there. The hair dryer in our room was broken. Housekeeping took all our dirty towels and left no clean towels one day. Omni front desk staff gave very vague responses about why we could not get a key to our room. Initially we were told their computer was doing a date change update and we would get one in the morning. The next front desk staff said the hotel could only make a few keys and the number they could make was maxed out. We were never provided an explanation about the key issue beyond that only a few keys could be made and our room was not a room they could make a key for. I am more than sympathetic to the data breach but we should have been told in advance and we should have been provided transparent information about the interference the breach would cause with our stay.

I have stayed here 2or 3 times before. Beautiful property, great location but they need to step it u They had a cyber attack and were unprepared. Only 1 key per room, charging was a problem and resturant was only accepting cash. The shower was corky. it has been corked a couple of times instead of being replaced. Housekeeping never came in 4/5 days. We just took new towels from the cart in hallway. p

So close to all the N.O. Favorites in the French Quarter. So many wonderful options for dining. The entire staff was exceptional... friendly, helpful, curteous, and knowledgeable. Great location! Short walk to all the action on Bourbon Street, but just far enough away to be quiet at night. Easy walk to the Mississippi River walkway and attractions. Friendly doormen!

The staff was very friendly and attentive. Rooms were nice size, clean and beds were comfortable. Location is great, walking distance to shopping, square, bourban street and downtown.
