Horrible Experience July 8 to July 10 2023
发布日期：2023年7月26日 发布在：HotelsI arrived late at night and the Lobby Service Agent told me that my room was sold out already even when i call before to confirm everything was good. She told me that is what happen when you book with a third party. She then proceed told me if i want to canceled my room and go somewhere else were i felt i was getting throw out of the hotel with my kids at 11pm night . Then i told her if she will give me a discount because i paid a more expensive room and she said in a very bad manner no. I then proceed to ask to speak to a manager and she told me she was the manager in charge. I ask for her name and she told me i am not going to give it to you. Then i told her i was going to make a formal complaint and then she told me she was going to call security and throw me out . This is the worst hotel experience i had in my life. I travel almost every other week and this is the only time i have get a such horrible guest service and being intimidated to be thrown out of a hotel just by asking her name that i have the right to do so. Then next day i procced to ask for the manager in the morning and she was very nice and apologized for the other manager actions. She was very good but my experience was already mark by the nigh shift. I don't understand why an employee that works in the hospitality business will treat a paying costumer so bad. I am a General Manager for a hospitality business and I am writing this review to advise NOT TO STAY IN THIS HOTEL This incident happen on July 8 23

This was my second time staying there and it was ok. The room was freezing and there was only blanket and sheet on our bed (no comforter). The hotel is in the middle of the quarter so expect noise from up to 4 o’clock in the morning. The pool closes at dusk so we didn’t get a chance to go swimming. Valet parking has went up about $30 from the first time I stayed.

Perfectly located - Premium New Orleans Hotel, Great Staff- Restaurant Revolution on property- Best in the City! Great Jazz Club- Perfect location to watch People from a Bourbon Street Balcony-

Perfectly placed for a great time. We had so much fun. And the room was so quiet - but the minute you hit the street- it was a party- and it’s mid July. Loved it!!! There was a few hiccups with an elevator and getting towels but the staff was very kind and over all- I would stay here every time I come to New Orleans. We had an inner room with a balcony looking over the pool area - lovely.
