Great location. Next to Bourbon/French Quarter and Canal Street and walkable to the WWII Museum and Cochon Butcher. Trolley right outside door. I like a colder room to sleep in at night but the room temperature never dropped below 75 even though we set thermostat at 65 (it won't go lower). Minor detail I just like to sleep in the cold. Oh and the bartender Grant is an awesome dude! I'd stay here again.

Great service in a nice area in town. Very short walk to Bourbon St and the rest of French Quarter. Lots of nearby restaurants. Hotel room was clean and had everything I needed.

Staff was very kind and helpful but our room was very noisy with the streetcar running until midnight right outside of our window and loud music we could hear from Canal street.

The best place I stayed was in New Orleans. The girls in the restaurant were awesome. Every morning they knew exactly how I wanted my order.

I stayed at the Indigo French Quarter between 03/30/24 to 04/03/24. One block away from Bourbon St. I felt completely safe walking around the area. I arrived at the hotel at 10:30am thinking I could just check my bags and walk around until the 4 pm check in. They had a room ready! The hotel staff were awesome! We ate and drank at the hotel restaurant/bar a few times. The food was great! Shout out to the morning restaurant crew who were super nice and the bar attendant at night...Kesha. They made me feel welcome and not just another tourist. The only (slight) complaint I had with this hotel is the shower. Just a drizzle of warm water. Not powerful and not hot. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay. Had a balcony room on the 2nd floor. Room is small but decorated beautifully. Balcony was larger than expected. Room was ready at 11am which was a nice surprise so I was able to check in early. Walkable to everything. Only a minutes walk to canal and bourbon. Every employee was courteous and helpful. Based on the layout some rooms may not have windows, would only recommend the balcony room

The property was well kept. Since this location is close to a busy area it would be good idea to have security. While in my room a young lady indecently dressed knocked on my door for WiFi code. I didn’t open the door, if she was a guest she would know the WiFi. I later saw this same lady slumped over on the couch in the lobby and it took 15 minutes for staff to ask her to leave. This person was dressed decent minus her top, she asked a male guest for WiFi code and stayed in the hotel lobby.

I had a problem at check in. At first the front desk staff tried to charge me for the room and said that I could not pay for the room through Expedia which I had already done. But she got it straight and only charged me the $100 safety deposit. Other than that the hotel was great and easy walking to the Quarter and restaurants

Nice hotel, great staff. Front desk staff super friendly and helpful. Only issue with the hotel is that the room was advertised with queen size bed, but it was more of a full size bed. Very small and barely fit two average size people.

We had a great stay. Rooms were clean and well stocked and staff was friendly and helpful. We paid for the breakfast option and was not disappointed. Delicious!! Close to dining and entertainment, too.

The check in process with the parking was a little confusing. Overall really clean, loud with neighbors slamming the doors.

Loved our stay here! The property was very clean and clearly newly renovated. It’s steps from the Quarter and easier to have locals pick you up if you’re in town to see friends (as I was) than having a hotel on Canal or the Quarter. We had a truly awful hotel the next prior to this and walking into this property was truly a breath of fresh air. The only oddities we noted for next time is that there is a very noisy vent fan that turns on with the bathroom light which made it hard to talk to others in the room while getting ready and was really annoying overall, and we had an adjoining room with strangers next door that were very loud and every time they were talking even at normal voices they sounded like they were standing in the room with us, it was creepy, especially at night. When we looked, there was a 1-2” gap under the door adjoining rooms- we could literally see into their room. Next time, we’ll be requesting a non-adjoining room because of this.

The property was really clean. Having requested a room with a roll-in shower, they were proactive in letting us know that a note was made on our reservation. Everyone was really nice and it was a very walkable location.

Property was easy to find. Room was very small. Reserved two queen beds but had two double beds. When arriving the room was 88 degrees. Had to call maintenance. Valet was slow. Waiting a half hour for our vehicle twice. Area was very noisy.

I would honestly give this hotel 5 stars for everything except space. It would be perfect for a single traveler but for a couple, with 2 sets of luggage and 2 persons, it was a little smaller. Keep in mind, this is without comparison to other hotels. I think everything is a little smaller in this area. This hotel stood out for its location, it’s LOOK (the decor was 5 star for the price) and for convenience of having a bar/restaurant and walkability to everything.

Perfectly located right next to the train station, surrounded by many delightful restaurants. What more could you ask for? For being in a busy area, the walls were COMPLETELY soundproof, room service and housekeeping were attentive and on point with service. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to NOLA!!

I was alone on a Little 4 day Vacation..and I felt safe the hotel It was very comfy it had that home away from home feeling.. everything was clean The staff was pleasant shopping areas like CVS and Walgreens right around the corner walking distance..I can’t complain everything was good

Hotel was very clean. Pillows were the best hotel pillows ive ever slept on. Staff was very friendly.
