Never got to stay

My so called guaranteed room was booked and given away to someone who probably paid a higher rate. And I was relocated to a hotel a mile away from where I wanted to stay.

Pros: The staff was excellent and the location was perfect.
Cons: N/A
Location: Perfect location, close to the French Quarter and the trolly car that will transport you throughout the town. The hotel isclose to great restaurants.
My family and I enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is close to the French Quarter actually walking distance. the staff was nice, helpful and knowledgeable about the area.

The hotel was in a perfect location close to all the attractions New Orleans has to offer . The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating . The rooms were comfortable and clean . We would definitely stay there again .

Perfect in the City

Pros: Easy walking around. Hotel was clean, felt safe. Room was very comfortable. Bed was amazing. Had a balcony, so that was a plus.
Cons: Street noise at night gets a little hectic, but, you are in the heart of a major city. The windows were well insulated for sound.
Location: Bourbon Street, French Quarter, The River/Walk. Famous "TV" Restaurants. Gallery's and shopping. Many Bars...
Great location to bars and restaurants. Bourbon Street, The French Quarter and shopping. Staff was fantastic, made us feel welcomed and at home. Lots of smiles.

Convenient Location

Pros: The staff was very pleasant and helpful giving recommendations on different places to see, food to eat,and how to get there.
Cons: Closer parking facilities.
Location: The location is centrally located within easy walking distance to the French Quarter and river front.
My wife and I have wanted to experience New Orleans sites and cuisine on our terms. The hotel staff made our stay there very enjoyable.

Within walking distance to everything

Pros: Large balcony, PJ's Coffee Shop in hotel, very colorful and modern lobby, and so close to everything. Like having safe in room.
Cons: Better housekeeping. Room wasn't restocked one day. Had no bath tissue, coffee cups, setups or towels. No vacuuming.
Location: Right on the corner of St. Charles & Commons. Restaurants everywhere. Short walk to all of the area highlights or Streetcar stops at the door.
Nice hotel w/beautiful lobby area, valet parking, dedicated concierge (Brad was awesome!), within walking distance of French Quarter, Riverfront, Harrah's, Jackson Square. Room space & bathroom is a little small, but offers very nice balcony room that more than makes up for the small room size. No microwave or refrigerators in room, but does have a safe. PJ's Coffee Shop in lobby is very nice and offers lots to eat & drink. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Great price for the location. Streetcars stops right at the door!

Location, price

We stayed here as part of a flight and hotel practice. Nothing fancy, the lobby is a bit gaudy but it's a block from French Quarter, Starbucks in the corner and the price was right. Across the street from a classic hat store on St. Charles. Immediate access to key trollies, at 1.25$. What's not to love?

Very nice hotel, close to alot of attractions.

Pros: The location is within walking distance to several attractions.
Location: Streetcar stop is beside hotel.Canal street is close by,as is the WW2 museum.
This hotel was close to alot of attractions. The receptionist always seemed to be preoccupied and distant, even if two were working. Our room was clean,comfortable and quiet. Bathroom was TINY, but it served the purpose. We would stay at this hotel again on our next trip.

Rent pænt værelse og venligt personale

Meget venligt personale og et fint rent værelse, god bruser, fint fjernsyn, aircon fungerede perfekt. Det eneste der ikke passede mig, var at der var et plastikovertræk omkring madrassen, der gjorde at lagnet sejlede rundt. Dog, da jeg spurgte efter ekstra lagen og dyne, fik jeg det straks, og med et ekstra underlag mellem mig og madrassen gik det fint.
