Pros: Nice and clean.
Cons: Rooms are really small and need a little more lighting, a refrigerator and a microwave somewhere other than the lobby would be nice.
Location: The location was good. My tour guide didn't take me to any near by places.
Enjoyed my stay. All the staff was friendly and courteous.

Close to everything

Pros: The staff
Location: French Quarter , street cars.
The room did not match the pictures on expedia. My room should have had a couch and it did not have a couch. The fisheye lens picture is very deceiving, the room is actually a closet with a bed.

Nice Hotel Close To French Quarter

I reserved and paid in advance for a room with a balcony. None was available when I arrived. No ice machine in 3 floors that was working. Discourteous staff.

Room was pretty small. We had a queen bed and stayed 2 nights. It sufficed, but any longer than 2-3 nights would be too cramped. Rooms were clean and updated. Just not much room.

Nice boutique hotel with great location

Pros: Location, location, location.
Cons: Housekeeping needs improvement and the staff should engage more with guests when appropriate.
Location: Location is one block from Canal and the entry to the French Quarter, where you can find any and everything you need to enjoy yourself.
The hotel is nice overall but lacks attention to detail at the front desk and housekeeping. The front desk staff was never rude but they also were not particularly friendly or helpful. We tried to switch to a room with a balcony, but the front desk never followed up on our request. We would have appreciated hearing definitively one way or the other but were left to assume no such room ever became available during our staff. When we tried to purchase beverages from the front desk, the staff advised us that both dispensers were out but never advised when it would be refilled. Empty bottles were on the counter and looked trashy. Our bathroom sink wasn't cleaned for two days, so we did it ourselves. The toilet seat had small black markings that we found distasteful and the inside toilet bowel wasn't as clean as we'd like. While our room was cleaned daily, the disposable cups were never replaced after using them all on our first day. Our room was also serviced without adequate towels, and because the maid didn't speak English, we were left to address our concern with the front desk. Would I stay here again, yes, as the value was great. Could it be better with tweaking, absolutely.

It was a nice hotel but housekeeping needs a little work. We had hair on the toilet and floor in bathroom.

Good experience especially with a one year old. The pj coffee is nice to have.
