Great hotel in an ideal location to see New Orlean

Posted Mar 19, 2017
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Shopping, near the French Quarter.
I Was very pleased with the room, very clean and modern, although the room was small with a small closet it was ideal for a one night stay for a single person.

Great Location. Fair Price

Posted Mar 7, 2017
Pros: The shower had plenty of soap, shampoo, and conditioner. The location was fantastic. The parking is supposedly monitored.
Cons: better customer service. the staff was rude and it took nearly an hour for me to get my car with no explanation as to why there was a delay.
Location: The location was perfect. Right in uptown near the french quarter. Just off from Bourbon enough to not be too crazy. walking distance to everything.
We were lucky to get a good price for this area of town. However, the staff was pretty rude. There were a few redeeming folks, but there were multiple occasions where the staff snapped at us or got an attitude that was not warranted. The room was much smaller than expected, but we didnt need much room so not a big deal for us. Also, parking was a joke. We valeted so that we would not have to walk a few blocks with our bags. We were told the valet takes about 25 minutes to retrieve a car. This seemed really high, but we were willing to work with it. Upon checkout, we waited almost an hour for my car. The valet attendant would disappear for 10-15 minutes at a time. I tried to ask a hotel representative at the front desk if he was on break and when he would be back and she snapped at me and refused to provide any assistance. If we knew the service would be so horrible, and we would have to wait an hour for my car, while paying a premium, we would have self parked and walked a few blocks with our bags in under 4 minutes.

Hello Rick, We do apologize for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with staff and valet service. Usually valet services only take up to 25 minutes but unfortunately there are times where it can take up to an hour but these are very rare. We will speak with staff as this is not service we want our guest to experience. Thank you, RSC

Great location!

Posted Mar 6, 2017
Pros: Location
Location: I loved the location, walking distance to Bourbon Street and French Quarter, yet far enough to have some peace and quiet.
We went during Mardi Gras and the location was great for parade viewing right in front of hotel! The staff was super friendly, the hotel was clean and we had a really comfortable stay. Has a café on first floor for coffee and breakfasts snacks.

Nice hotel

Posted Mar 5, 2017
Even though I stayed on the 9th floor the view was great. Close to French Quarter, bourbon street and great restaurants. Only bad thing is the parking lot is 3 blocks away and when parades are going it gets loud to take a nap lol. But overall great place.

Very all rooms with paper thin walls

Posted Feb 27, 2017
I paid over three hundred dollars for my room, keep this in mind me and my fiance are over 50 and the security gaurd came to our room and said if we wanted to talk we needed to go to the lobby if we wanted to talk. We was not told but we had to pay 40 dollars a day to park our car and a 12 dollar a day top automatically comes out of my card ato the end. Pretty bad I won't ever stay there again. We loved Marti gras, it was awesome. To many hotels within walking distance to worry about extra charges. Good luck with your search.
