Direkt im French Quarter

Posted Sep 27, 2016

Very central to everything.

Posted Sep 23, 2016
Pros: The hotel is very close to everything.
Cons: Make sure that people get the right room at check-in.
Location: Easy walk to the French Quarter, Treme and right next to the streetcar stop to the Garden district.
Only complaint is that the hotel knew we would be arriving after 1am and the room we had booked 9 months ago ( a twin room ) was occupied so instead we had to spend the first night with one double bed and a fold up bed.Not a happy start to our stay there but apart from that the staff and the hotel itself were very good.

Hello Miss Sandy we are very sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay with us. There are times where unexpectedly the hotel will oversell in room types .This is something that we try to avoid as much as possible.

good Location

Posted Aug 30, 2016
Pros: LOcation to French Quarter
Cons: cater for tea drinkers....not everyone wants coffee in their room.
Hotel charges you an $11 daily fee to use wifi, safe, business facilities and some phone calls. if you don't use these it is a rip off. Good location, close to French Quarter without the noise.

Pros: The guest servicer .She welcomed myself and my husband with a smart smile and genuine conversation and I really appreciated that.
Cons: No place is perfect but, I think it was good enough.
Location: I loved the location! IT was very close to all transportation stops and restaurants as well.
Raquel Powell and Richard from the hotel really made me enjoy my stay. 5 thumbs up

Good proximity to French Quarter, parking a joke

Posted Aug 24, 2016
Pros: Walking distance to French quarter
Cons: The stupid fees, room size
Location: French Quarter
Was charged $35 to park for one night, plus $11.95 'resort fee', with no 'resort' amenities. My 'prepaid' room cost me over $50. Would not recommend. Room was comparable size-wise to walk-in closet.

-Thank you for sharing your experience. As a converted office building we do have room types that vary in square footage fairly significantly. In the future we may recommend a Junior King Suite which will provide for more space.

Very clean hotel , very well located. The staff is amazing and will help you with anything. The only downside is the noise. You can hear people in hallway at night or people speaking in other rooms.

had to walk almost 3 blocks just to park after I just got off from work when I just finished working a 14 hour shift!! also I had to get almost 3 different keys just to get in my room because the door wasn't acting properly.
