Nice location and close proximity to everythingPosted Sep 26, 2015
Beautiful lobby and nice modern room - hotel staffs could be a lot more hospitable - there was no Southern hospitality as I thought there would be. There was no service with a sincere smile. It looked forced. The front desk and non existed concierge staffs were the worst.

Close to downtown, but they charge for everything.Posted Sep 26, 2015
Parking, wifi, no minifridge - they were all extra $$$. Plus they had water issues the whole time I was there. I'll never go back.

Room with a viewPosted Sep 22, 2015
The Sheraton New Orleans was amazing! We stayed on the 49th floor over looking Canal street, we could see the whole city. I loved the window view!! Our room was very very nice and clean! The staff was extremely accommodating! Our next trip to New Orleans we will definitely stay at the Sheraton again!

Close to the French QuarterPosted Sep 21, 2015
Pros: We had a great view of the city.
We had a great time and the hotel was close to the French Quarter. I expected a lot of walking but if your on Frenchman street it is a hike back to the hotel. Great time.

Central Hotel close to all sitesPosted Sep 18, 2015
Pros: The hotel was located in an area that you could walk to a lot to major sites such as tourist sites in NOLA.
Cons: Wake up call was never received. Broken ice machine that was called about twice never repaired.
Location: Jackson Square, French Quarter, Bourbon Street, Aquarium, Insectarium, French Market, Cafe du Monde for their famous biegnets. Great restaurants.
Fun time in New Orleans. Very happy city. Great food. Great ambiance.

Great hotel near the QuarterPosted Sep 14, 2015
Very clean hotel near the French Quarter. The few blocks away give you a break from the Bourbon Street activity.

Good locationPosted Sep 13, 2015
The room was close enough to the French Quarter to make the stay worth it. However, there was dust everywhere and every time I had my towels changed, there were 1 or 2 with deep set stains on them. I was not impressed with the level of cleaning demonstrated. There was also a lamp broken in the room. I would probably look elsewhere before staying here again.

Nice, clean hotel.Posted Sep 12, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness, staff, and location.
Cons: Maybe add free breakfast.
Location: Perfect to French Quarter, Harrahs Casino, New Outlet Mall, and the Aquarium.
I liked the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendliness of the staff. It is an excellent location, good walking distance to the French Quarter and all other New Orleans main attractions. I will more than likely stay there again. I visit New Orleans at least once or twice a year.
