War ganz ok

Hotel liegt günstig um einen Urlaub in und um New Orleans zu machen. Es sind nur 15min zum Flughafen und c.a. 30min nach New Orleans. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Abfahrt von der Interstate - dadurch ist natürlich auch Autolärm bei offenem Fenster zu hören. Pool ist zum schnellen Abkühlen / mit Baby oder Kind plantschen ok, ansonsten nicht sehr hübsch und direkt auf dem Parkplatz gelegen + Personal ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend, WLAN funktioniert super, man hat die Möglichkeit zum Wäsche waschen, Klimaanlage funktionierte - Zimmer waren nicht sehr sauber, unser Baby krabbelte über den Teppichboden und hatte sofort schwarze Knie, alte Fingernägel vom Vorgast auf dem Boden gefunden etc...; Küche ist sehr sparsam ausgestattet (ein kleiner Topf und eine kleine Pfanne, Besteck für 2, zwar Spülmittel aber keine Lappen, nur 2 Handtücher) Zimmerservice gab es die 10 Tage gar nicht, Mülltüten wurden selbst entsorgt, keine neuen Handtücher bzw Betten gemacht)

Didn't have my reservation

Booked a non smoking king room. Got there was given a smoking double room. Went back to lobby and second room they tried to give me was a non smoking double that wasn't even ready. Third time was a non smoking double, I gave up and took it cause we were starving by then. Huddle House restaurant next door was the best experience of the trip.

Not real satisfied

Disappointed in how long it took to get checked in. Then there was a problem with the bill. We got over charged which I wouldn't have known if I didn't go down and have to ask for a receipt. Stayed 2 nights and the room does not have cleaning service until you are there after two nights. Had to take the dirty towels to the reception area to get clean towels. Hotel was clean.

Wonderful

We are coming back giving this hotel a 2 thumbs up. It smelled like gas in the lobby but it was lovely staying in a hotel reasonable price

The rooms were very nice, nice little kitchen & open space. Our room was a great size. We also had the front view so it was perfect. I was very satisfied!(:
