It's a great hotel for those traveling with their furry companions. The rooms do not have carpet, there is a reasonable cleaning fee for pets, and an awesome grassy area with live oak trees to walk them in. Staff were friendly, the parking area was well-lit and there was a convenience store and Waffle House next door.

I apologize if you did not find our staff friendly. We are a pet-friendly hotel, but we charge a cleaning fee for pets. A pet-friendly hotel simply means we allow pets, but there is a charge for it.

We thought it was clean. They was cleaning all around. We did not just see them cleaning the rooms but the parking lot, pool area of leaves and trash. They was very accommodating. We had a smoker after booking non- smoking. They changed rooms for us no problem for the night. Had a Breakfast set out. Very nice room.

The rooms were newly updated and very clean. One item or issue was a shelf was loose from wall due to bolt anchoring shelf was missing.

I’ve read reviews that the front desk is rude but he was actually nice. The room had a musty and cigarette smell although our room was non smoking. The sheets had cigarette holes in it. Bathroom was okay. Hair dryer is broken, I didn’t keep trying I was afraid to get electrocuted.

I liked that I had no trouble checking in and that they had a room that was accessible for someone that had mobility problems like me. The only thing that I would change was for there to be a shower instead of a tub because the tub's sides were very high and it would have been nice to have a bar to hold on to by the toilet.

Man at check in was nice. Ice machine on second floor not working. Stains and holes on sheets. Marks on doors and walls and lamp. Clock broken. Sink faucet loose. No cold water. Goes from hot to really hot. Could hear the birds and people outside so well it was hard to sleep.

I was disappointing this trip!
Well this trip wasn't so great the shower water was not hot and the remote for the tv batteries were dead and the front desk couldn't accommodate us with new batteries...The front desk clerk that checked us in was very dry not friendly at all.

Nice clean place for the the price. Volume was slow during my stay 4 nights. Room was attended to daily. Only minor complaint is my room probably had not been opened for a bit before my stay and had an overpowering cleaner smell. I had to prop more door open for about an hour to air it out.

It was really dirty and looked like it was falling apart. The bed sheets made all of us itchy and the water pressure in the shower was very low. Overall just a very low quality motel, we would’ve went with somewhere else had we known.

Horrible experience
Disgusting! We saw roaches in the bathroom, at the fridge and at the table. When my wife reported the situation at the front desk during the night time, all she got was a bottle of roach killer spray for us to do the work! Bed wasn’t comfortable and there were cigar marks. The area around the fridge was very dirty. I felt very bad for not paying 15-30 usd more for another hotel, I was too tired after driving all day and they had my money already.

Firstly, we apologize for your horrible experience. When you reported the situation to the FD, the only thing he could have done was give you the roach spray. The hotel was fully booked that night, which is why we couldn't switch your room. We would have fully refunded you if you had asked during that time since there was nothing else we could do. I have already notified housekeeping of the issues you've experienced in the room, and they will resolve them as soon as possible. Once again, we apologize that you did not enjoy your stay.
