This hotel is ok. Restaurant and bars not open. Cafe is ok. It is supposed to close at 3pm but one day it was closed when I went there at 12pm. Housekeeping only made the beds. They did not clean the room or take out trash. Also did not leave any clean towels. One day we did not receive housekeeping at all when we had the housekeeping button on. The beds were comfortable. The valet drivers were great! Especially Shane! This hotel was probably nice at one point but it seems to be bare bones now. Also did not like the view from our room overlooking the hospital ER next to us. We were upgraded to an accessible room which was nice except for the view.

I loved the pool on the roof and the free washer and dryer service and our room was big and beautiful and the location was great definitely recommend and will stay again

Ever since I’ve found the Jung I haven’t stayed anywhere else since. It’s truly a hidden gem!!! It’s beautiful, clean and quiet! The staff is truly amazing!! Thank you for another amazing stay!!!

The staff particularly Monique at the front desk was amazing extremely good hospitality our room check-in was flawless along with our late check out. The room was very good size and being right on Canal Street made it very convenient
