The Ritz Carlton is an upscale hotel. The Service was excellent. It has multiple restaurants, in addition to in room dining. The in room dining is available 24 hours a day. There is a spa and workout facility. It’s located on Canal street, 2 blocks from Bourbon street.. Great location without all the noise.

Remote in room didn’t work. No one answered at the front desk for 10-15 minutes so I called room service and they transferred me. Was told they would bring a new remote and they never did.
Also couldn’t access courtyard due to a wedding.
Staff was slow changing our room since the TV did nt work and my husband missed his basketball tournament games he wanted to see . After they we re over they upgraded us to a suite we’re the TV worked …… to late
Such a wonderful experience all around. Great food in the Bistro and drinks in Lounge with Jazz band were top notch! Rooms were immaculate and bell staff took such good care of us! BRAVO Ritz!
He was very loud, but that’s normal in New Orleans. We really have a lot of fun at the hotel is beautiful my kids they love the hotel.

love the Davenport Lounge and the restaurant, without this, the stay would have been not good. The area is shady & noisy. But also, the property itself can use a facelift. It just seems like a Mariott, not a Ritz property. Very 3 star.
Staff was amazing , hotel was in a great area centrally located to everything yet just far enough removed to avoid the noise of Bourbon Street.
We can’t wait to come back.
I have to say that the New Orleans Ritz has the best customer service I have seen in a long time! Every employee was very friendly. I left my earbuds behind and they are mailing them to me at no cost. I left my IPad in the restaurant and they brought it to my room. Always plenty of bottled water in the room.
Truly a great experience. The staff was so attentive and polite. The property was absolutely wonderful in every way. Thank you all for the wonderful New Orleans hospitality.
Only suprises were good ones.

It's pricy but you don't get nickled and dimed. Much was included.
