I normally do not leave reviews or complaints, whether I had an amazing experience or horrible experience. But I have to leave a review for the simple fact that this was my first time in New Orleans for my birthday weekend! I would like to start with the fact that this hotel was very very expensive. I paid $2000 for a two queen bed for five days (Thursday afternoon to Tuesday Morning). When my friend and I first walked into this room, there was a pungent smell that was unpleasant throughout the entire room. I overlooked the smell because I assumed that it would eventually fade away. I made my way to the bed that was closer to the window and noticed That all four pillows which were white were dirty I was automatically turned off. My friend had an extra pillow casing so I was not worried about this. As days went on, my friend, and I noticed how dingy this hotel room was. The room looked as if it was set up years ago and no one has been in the room since I checked in. There was dust everywhere. The curtains, which were white for the window, were so dirty and black. The bed part that was holding up the mattress was made out of wood and it was rotting away. The bed was unstable. There was mole everywhere in the bathroom especially in the shower. The TV barely worked. It was always glitching. We had a pile of dirty towels and rags that was by the door for housekeeping to pick up and they never picked it up for the entire five days we were there. The carpet was supposed to be blue a

Visited during spring break. The hotel is in a good location and the staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel’s lobby was nice and clean however the room was dirty. The bathroom had mold in the tiles the curtain by the bed looked like it had mucus on it. Other than the cleanliness of the room the staff was really nice and helps and the hotel is in a great location. It’s quiet that you don’t get the noise from bourbon street but so close to all the great restaurants and night life.

My wife booked this hotel for a weekend birthday celebration for me. The ambiance of the hotel was great. Service was excellent. Our room was spacious and comfortable. It’s in the middle of everything. Walkable to shopping, restaurants, and Nola nightlife. The only drawback if I had to find one would be that my particular room didn’t have a view. Other than that, our stay was very enjoyable. Also, be advised that there is $100 per day incidental fee the hotel charges and holds until you check out. The $100 per day fee is refunded after your stay. I would recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

The location of this hotel is perfect. You are on the ‘edge’ of the French Quarter so not in all the chaos of it, yet it’s a mere 2 blocks to Bourbon Street. The hotel is well kept and clean, the staff is helpful, and our room was comfortable. I asked for a QUIET room and boy did we get one. We heard nothing at all in our room (#405) but, and this is important - the windows were treated with a privacy ‘film’ so you could not see out of them. That’s right - all that came in was light but you could not see anything out of them. That didn’t bother us because we only slept in the room and it was so nice and dark and quiet that it was an advantage. I only say this because if you want a view, this is not the room for you but if you want quiet and a good night’s sleep, this is great. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom well stocked and clean, and the furnishings very modern. We had the breakfast with the room option and the continental breakfast that is offered is very hearty but you can order a standard breakfast off the menu for a mere $13. All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. You can not beat the location and the proximity to the French Quarter and the streetcars/busses.

Do not stay at this hotel. I stayed 2 nites over NYE and my door would not open. i was locked in my room, out of my room and had to wait on the employees or maintenance man to open the door so many times.

Great stay but spilled water on the bed and they didn’t give new sheets or an extra towel to clean it up. It was just a lazy person at the front desk is what I thought. It was good besides that.

Worn but workable
Tried calling for several hours but found out the phones were down when I got there - everyone was super nice - the toilet was running the entire time even though I tried to fix it - the light switch fell off the wall - but all in all it was right by the Saenger and shopping so I’d stay again.

The ambiance of the hotel is amazing. I was a little disappointed with the standing water in the shower. The bed was 100 stars! The best sleep I’ve had in months. I don’t think it was fully worth the price….however I slept well and had a decent stay. There’s a refrigerator but you can’t use because it’s a minibar. Great stay!
Short walk to Saenger Theater, which was our goal. Rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Only disappointment was that there was no place to get food or even a snack after 9 pm.

Good location
The people were very nice. The hotel was clean but it does need some maintenance on the details. Overall the trip was okay. I chose it for its location and proximity to the Saenger Theatre.

Beautiful weekend
My daughter and I were in town to see a show at the Saengar Theater and stayed at The Saint Hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful during out stay. The hotel was beautiful and within walking distance to many great restaurants/locations. We will definitely stay again!

Unique look to the property, very close, one block to Saenger Theater, which is why we came to New Orleans. Staff was helpful and friendly. Quiet and unique.
