Everything here was great except the pool. It was green as slime from a chemical reaction they said. And the chlorine was so strong it burned your eyes to sit in the pool room. Other than that everything was amazing. Big variety for breakfast.

Staff was very nice. Room location was terrible on 1st floor close to front with alot of foot and car traffic. We choose this hotel because of pool and hot tub for grandsons. Water was cloudy and lots of stuff floating in the water. Ugh! Would not let grandsons in the water. Front desk staff did not tell me they were charging me for cancelling the second night and i did not see it until we were already on the road. Should have a FULL refund!

I do apologize for the pool issue, we had just filled it and Berlin public water takes a few days for the pool shock to clear all the particles out of it. It was safe as far as chemical levels but yes it was too cloudy. It is perfect for the past week and I hope you come back with your grandsons and experience the clear pool again. The location was perfect and the room was wonderful! Super comfy beds and plenty of space in the room. A few little things that could have been a bit better: Front desk staff could be friendlier and more engaging, the breakfast was typical and lukewarm and we are not a fan of the eggs, and last - the sink in the room drained very slow. Overall - we would stay again!

We always stay at this hotel when we visit Holmes County. It is within walking distance to shopping and attractions. The hotel itself is always clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The hotel was kept very clean. The breakfast area was clean and the food was good, especially the "baked oatmeal." The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to eat. The area was nice, countryside and peaceful. The pillows were too soft, but otherwise, it is a place I will visit again.

Hidden gem in the heart of Amish country
This hotel was so much more than I expected. The room was spacious with a lot of conveniences. Plenty of towels for everyone to shower. Also, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had. Will definitely stay at Comfort Suites again. Very impressed guests!

We liked everything about our stay. My three sisters , my 87 year old Mom, and myself, came to celebrate Mom's birthday. She loves Amish Country. This is the perfect place, close to everything, nice clean rooms and a suite to accommodate all of us. Wonderful weekend!
