Our house was flooded and we had needed to stay somewhere local for the night. My daughter and I booked this hotel room on Expedia. I always thought this hotel was a nicer place but quickly found that it was more of a death trap… In general it was clean and the workers were very nice and polite. Unfortunately it was so noisy all night with people and noises from the showers that I could barely get any sleep. The breakfast was about as generic as it comes. If you like cereal or Jimmy Dean sausages that Dan don't warm up well in the microwave and this place is for you… My biggest complaint was how cheap and unsafe the room was. There was a wall mounted between the two beds that was made out of base board. I got up in the morning and put my right hand on it to guide myself to get up and it collapsed. It hit my arm Twisting it and nearly breaking it. It landed on my foot injuring my foot. I was astonished to see that this 30 pound desk structure was held up by two screws and glue. If it was a woman that has happened to it could've broke her foot or leg. I was appalled that they did this so cheaply putting peoples health in danger. I filled out an accident report and the front desk lady was very nice but of course there was no manager on duty. When I got back to my office I called Expedia, they called the manager and she refused to give me any kind of discount. Thankfully Expedia backed up they promised to protect me as their customer and gave me a full refund for the hotel.

The staff was very welcoming upon my arrival and the room was spacious and very clean. The Pub, the bar located on sight was a fun place to spend an evening. The local regulars, made me feel very welcome. Overall it was a great experience and I would stay here again.

The Inn was clean but older. Bed was comfortable. Bathtub/shower drain needed cleaned out. During shower water came up to my ankles. Pub was nice but no food. It met my needs for the price.

Nice hotel!
Very nice, quiet hotel. A new owner just took over and they’re making nice updates. It was comfortable and clean. The staff was super friendly and helpful! Will stay again!

Amazing service.
The staff was so sweet. When I arrived I asked about a place that I could work with my staff and they were so kind. They extended my checkout and checkout on us during the day. Would recommend staying there!!!!

Excellent customer service.
I am a huge coffee drinker and the coffee in the room was not replenished. I only had decaf. Although i did not ask for it either. However, there was always coffee in the lobby. The service was great and the staff was very friendly.

Very nice and clean
This is about my 5th time staying here. Staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms that I have ever stayed in is very clean. The beds are very comfortable.

Our room had an electrical issue, so we had to be moved but they adjusted our payment for the first night. Pool and laundry was unavailable. Breakfast isn't as described.

The breakfast var wasn’t too good. They didn’t have anything warm except waffles and the waffle maker was extremely slow. We were on our way to the Alive Music Festival and needed a good breakfast. We were disappointed. The tub had some hair left in it.

Very disappointed in our stay. I will say The staff was very friendly upon check in (and when I had called to cancel a room last week). The room is what we expected. However, the pool was closed (totally drained) which was not listed anywhere on the website nor was communicated to us at any point before our arrival. The pool was one of the main reasons I booked this specific hotel. Also, there was no hot breakfast as advertised (Another reason I booked this hotel). The only way we found out that these two ammenities were not included (although the price was not adjusted at all for this) was small printed signs in the lobby. My children were very disappointed to not be able to sell and I had to make other arrangements for breakfast last minute. I think the price should be decreased if two major amenities will not be included.

The staff was the rudest ive ever met. We reserved 2 rooms through your site and they only showed we had one and said it was our fault. The pub wasnt open to eat and have drinks. The promised breakfast was not available. Could not get a receipt of payment. No manager available just a rude desk person who s reamed in our fa e and cussed at us

My wife and I stayed one night as part of an extended weekend trip! The indoor pool and workout rooms were closed dow. The room was hot and stuffy and the A/C was broken. The only window in our room did not open and even if it did open, it would have opened to the closed pool area and not outside air! But the worst part was the noise! They played loud thumping music and the halls sounded like I was sleeping in a high school cafeteria! The loud noise from whatever party they were having, kept us awake until 2 AM! Then at 6:30 AM the loud talking and laughing started again and we were awake! One of my worst experiences ever at any hotel and we are experienced travelers! We would have slept better in our car in the parking lot! I recommend you avoid this place if your reason for getting a room is that you want to sleep!

Upon arrival and checking in, we had to wait for the young girl to come out from behind the corner and when she came out she had a mouth full of food. We got to our room and the whole hallway smelled of marijuana so we went back and asked to be moved. The second floor was better, however the room was not cleaned as it should be. Hair stuck all over the shower wall, dried urine all over the toilet, built up water in the bottom of the fridge. Came downstairs to ask the evening lady about why the pool was closed because when i called to ask about the pool before i reserved i was told that the pool was open. The older lady blondish hair wearing a very unprofessional short black dress came from the back on her cell phone and you could tell it was a personal call held the phone to her ear the whole time i was trying to talk to her. She did this several times during our stay when i was trying to ask her things. This staff to say the least needs some training. Because the hotel has great potential .
