Beautiful views oceanside! Great grounds with lots of shade and trees. Kitchen, sauna etc easily accessible. Only issue was one bed leg was broken and that was fixed within 10 minutes of advising staff! Excellent service

Views are awesome to wake up to. Comfy enough bed. And easy walk to city centre and port. However staff need a major overhaul with custom service training and people skills. Two of the reception staff I felt like they have never run a business before in their life and are very arrogant people.

The kids were so happy to have the space to run around. The cabin was warm and clean. Only issue we had was waking up to a line of ants on the kitchen bench

Great spot and value for what I paid. Bed had seen better days and needed replacing as very soft. The staff were good and very friendly with the exception of the lady who checked me in. Think she was having a bad day as seemed a bit grumpy.

New Plymouth escape
Little trip away with the kids. Weather was terrible but we had an enjoyable break. Cabin we rented was small with 2 adults and 2 teens, but we managed fine! Very clean holiday park, room was in great condition, clean and welcoming. Lovely to look straight out to the ocean. Very close to city centre. Friendly, helpful staff in the office. Thank you

Seeing friends just down the road so convenient for us. Strong winds so couldn’t make use of deck but would have been lovely to have a sun downer there. Clean and tidy and would stay there again.

Wonderful location looking out 40 meters to the ocean 8 meters below at the edge of the high water mark to the crashing surf ! Very helpful staff, that offered to loan me a bike for riding on the coast trail to go to the center of town 3 km away. Great information book in the room for all activities & food . The fish and chips just one-half km left (when looking out to the ocean) is the best buy for nearby food ! The large room/cabin has excellent kitchen facilities , own bathroom , lots of hot water parking spot next to cabin , security gate , private path to the ocean , and there are also spaces for RV parking available .My 2 night stay was very enjoyable and only 20 minute walk to the Inter-City bus station to go on to Hamilton & Auckland at very reasonable rates for 6 hours (or 8 hrs.). 7 minute walk to the squash courts & bar , and public in-door & out-door swim pools and hot spa with great coffee shop . The in-door pool has weekend & Holiday 5-story high tube slides for the kids !

The property is right on beach and the view from the room is very goog. Staff members are extremely friendly, in fact the manager called up and to get my mailing detail to return my book which was left behind. Will definitely stay again there.

Accommodation with a million dollar view
Having stayed in both cabins and our own caravan at this camp, it was great to be able to bring a friend a long for a few days holiday to show them the sights of New Plymouth and the wonderful camp site. Very clean accommodation and handy to everything/where. Highly recommended and look forward to my next visit.
