"Cobraron por todo por el Wifi tengo muchos cargos que supuestamente en unos días se iban a regresar y solo al contrario me pedían la tarjeta y me hacían cargos y yo no hablaba inglés iba de visita y nadie me auxilio con Español me he quedado en muchos hoteles pero este es el único que hizo cargos y sin quitar nada de mi tarjeta nada mas 200 pesos mexicanos 😡"

"Nos dieron una habitación que al parecer la estaban reparando una lámpara de la sala sin bombilla y el baño no está muy limpio la bañera y cuando fuimos a la recepción a quejarnos para que nos cambiaran al muchacho no le gustó Mucho tenía muy mal carácter y no me parece correcto ya que uno es el cliente y uno paga para una buena estancia "

"First: the hotel is in terrible condition, very run-down and poorly maintained, and the pool and beach bathrooms are absolutely disgusting... Second: there were cockroaches in my room! Imagine how disgusting that was. I didn't ask to change rooms because my daughters were already asleep and it was late... Third: there are no vending machines on the floors to buy water or soda... Fourth: there's no staff to help you solve problems. It's a complete disaster!"
