Convenient is biggest selling point.

Pros: Convenience
Cons: Small refrig and microwave should be standard - also, small amenities mean a lot.
Location: One of the main drags of New Smyrna - lots of great shops and restaurants. Walking distance to beach and intercoastal.
You ARE in the midst of shops, restaurants, beach. However, as for the room itself, I have stayed in much nicer Hampton's off Interstate 95! No refrig or microwave in rooms (could acquire upon request) and very little flat surface in the room. Usually you have that ledge that you can put a suitcase on top, but didn't have it. Top of dresser was taken up by TV. Very skimpy with towels, washcloths, etc. I was surprised as this is a fairly new hotel. Breakfast was standard for Hampton's. Cookies were not as good as you may have come to expect. Front desk personnel and breakfast workers were all friendly and helpful. Just not a hotel where you would want to spend much time in the room.

Nice hotel, perfect location!

Pros: Location and condition.
This was a very enjoyable experience. It was close to good restaurants and walking distance from the beach.

Time on Flagler Avenue

Pros: Everything.
Cons: Breakfast selections.
Location: Beach, restaurants, and shops.
Enjoyed the location, the boutique feel, the service, and accommodations. We enjoyed parking the car and being able to take in the beach plus, all the bars and restaurants, and shops on Flagler. I would stay here again. The staff was very accommodating to our needs.

Exceptional customer service!

Pros: The customer service
Booked 2 nights but only stayed 1. Hotel was experiencing dampness issues and my room was very damp. The first night I accepted it as it was late when I made it back to the room. The second night the condition was the same, so I informed the front desk I would be checking out early due to the room's dampness issues. Destiny, at the front desk, offered to switch rooms for me and was very sympathetic, understanding, and apologetic. She let me know that she would inform her manager the next day and someone would call me. Because I booked through Expedia, she could not say whether I would be refunded the second night's rate. First thing the next morning, the manager called to inform me that she had already called Expedia and my second night would be refunded. WOW! Very thankful and impressed at the customer service and the measures they took to try and help me prior to checking out and afterward to get my second night refunded. Hampton Inns are always our go to hotel when possible, so I know their temporary issue will be corrected soon. I am appreciative of the hotel staff's willingness to assist me. Looking forward to visiting again soon.

Smack dab in the middle of everything

The hotel was located right down town so you could walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was roomy and very clean. Disappointed that it did not have a jacuzzi as after a whole day of walking, it would have been nice, both other than that it was super nice. Even breakfast was great.

Mini family vacation.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff. Hotel was clean and very comfortable room. Restaurant were walking distance to the beach.

We only stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast theme next morning was good as it had options that everyone in the could find something they liked.
