There were full size shampoo, wash, etc. We had a power outage for a couple hours but that was due to utility pole. They couldn't help but staff were helpful and kind"

"Excellent, did not actually interact with staff. Great breakfast provided in a clean lounge area with a view. Previosly stayed 7 years ago and pool and small gym were a bit run down over the years and need painting., signs of age and wear in bathroom. Away from Downtown but close to arboretum and zoo, mall a few miles away. Layout or interior is confusing and you get a map, you'll need it! But overall good condition and pleasant."
