“Bed was comfortable.”

“If you are sensitive to fragrance DO NOT stay here. The hotel smelled strongly of some type of Glade style air fresheners that was very strong in the lobby and room. We considered leaving the window open but even the bedding smelled strongly of the fragrance. My partner is sensitive to smells and they trigger migraines after lengthy exposure. We were in the building 5 minutes max and it clung to our clothing. I explained our situation to the staff but the hotel refused to refund us for the……

“Really enjoyed the cabin - in retrospect i would probably have gotten one with a kitchenette for our stay. We had a cabin facing the field (west) and enjoyed sitting on the porch looking out across the field and listening to the meadowlarks. Was handy for visiting Badlands NP for a couple days.”

“Parking was ample and staff were friendly and efficient. Property was clean and location was convenient. Breakfast buffet had good variety and fitness center was clean with a small area for weights and machines. We enjoyed our stay.”

“We were down graded without our knowledge. The room we got was outdated, didn't look anything like the website showed. Room was dark. The sheets were too small and came off the bed, very uncomfortable. Floors were covered in dirt and food. Blinds were torn and the chains didn't work. When we walked into the room, it smelled strong of urine and a not so nice scented cleaner. Breakfast was terrible, food was cold. Counters were dirty, not cleaned up frequently.”
