Location, location, location. The hotel was close to radio city hall, Times Square, Hell's Kitchen, and the Rockefeller center. All we wanted was to watch a Broadway show and have a nice dinner afterward, and this hotel was just perfect for that.
I have only 1complaint. My room was next to an electrical closet, that started humming at 7 am and every time you flushed the toilet it hummed for 30 seconds. Otherwise, I'd stay there again.
We stayed as a family of 3 and had booked a 1 bedroom apartment. When we arrived we were upgraded to a beautiful 2 bedroom. The apartment was extremely spacious - way bigger than we needed. Beds were very comfortable, furnishings lovely and kitchen well stocked with huge fridge/freezer, microwave, ...
We were looking for a reasonably priced comfortable clean hotel and this fit the bill. Just out of the madness of Times Square it was conveniently located if you want that part of town. The rooms, although dated, were very comfortable offering good amenities and the downstairs laundry was a real ...
Excellent front desk staff - could not be any friendlier than they were. Really appreciated that.
Everyone in the room was nice. Clean bathrooms. Very hot in the room. The AC was so loud no one could sleep so we kept it off. Other than that is was great.
The staff is friendly, very quiet room, centrally located
On a work/leisure trip with my mom and business partner. This hotel was great! Breakfast included, which was awesome. Location was great and within walking distance to lots of areas. Right down the street from The Empire State Building and maybe a 15 minute walk to Time's Square. It was clean and ...
Hotel was perfectly situated allowing central park, time square, Lincoln center and many other NYC landmarks within a few minutes walking distance.
Had a nice stay here. Room was amazing: spacious, clean, had kitchen. Free wifi. Free breakfast in AM run by courteous and friendly staff. Was unusually difficult to find for cabs and uber drivers as it shares an address with other businesses.
We had a great time in our Home2Suites suite room. Everything was perfectly clean and we were welcomed really well ! It's really handy closed to the subway to go to New York City Center. The room was really quiet and breakfast really good. Only thing that we could complain about is the sofa-bed mattress ...
I picked this hotel for my birthday getaway . First trip ever to New York. We've arrived fairly early before check in time and I appreciate the front desk "will" for allowing us to check in early without a fee. The hotel was spacious and clean. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. P.s Good price ...
