Very tired

Staff are lovely and beds are very comfortable, good location, but rooms are very tired and need refurbishing, also lots of dust in room, would be lovely to have complimentary tea or coffee in room as you have to pay for everything and expensive

Cons: Have a general menu. Not only a Specialty menu.
Restaurant has a Specialty menu that is not for everyone.

Bridge view

Pros: Comfort and view
Cons: The table had something sticky on it.
Prompt, efficient, friendly check in. Ordered drinks at bar and although we had to change beverages due to lack of proper liquors, we found a delicious beverage to enjoy at the end of the night! Room had a spectacular view of bridge and river. We found the facilities enjoyable in a good location. thanks!

I don't understand why they don't have free wifi. It is really rude to ask $10/day for internet when you are charging $250-300 for the room. This hotel is not good for the businessman.

Good location restaurant not cheap parking not cheap should offer a good breakfast. overall would try another hotel

One night stay

Great hotel close to all the medical buildings in the area, including Sloan Kettering, perfect for patient family stay overs, great staff, great hotel.

good and clean

Nice hotel with nice staff. Hotel was a little far from transportation or any tourist attraction. Beds were extremely comfortable.

Phenomenal Experience

Pros: Customer service, spacious room, and overall very clean.
Cons: Color printer availability in business center-don't mind paying
Location: Excellent Mediterranean restaurant less than five minute walk away as well as other eclectic mix of restaurants. A comedy club too:)
Fantastic customer service from arrival to check out. Beautiful contemporary decor and spacious room. Will be coming back to stay.

Started bad but tur out been nice.

I left a coment of how unsatisfied i was with my connected room and when I asked to be changed they say that the hotel was fully booked and i heard from they that the word of the day was fully booked no matter what. Well next day i stoped by the frontdesk asing again to be changed and this time I was luckier to be helped by Samoia and she was kind and changed me to a nicer corner room, much better, I was super happy in the end.

Pleasant stay during a unpleasant time.

Pros: Location and great staff.
Location: We were there for medical reasons.
My husband underwent surgery which is why we were in NYC. This hotel was the perfect choice, location, price etc. We required two rooms. Familyembers accompanied us. The staff were fantastic. The boutique style hotel was on the mark. My husband is still talking about his halibut dinner at the Prime. Thanks to all for this life changing experience. My husband beat cancer!
