Super Blick aus der Achten Etage!

Zimmer in 8. Etage mit zehn Fenstern und Blick in Richtung Brücke und Seilbahn ist sensationell! Sehr N.Y. City!! Leider ist viel Verkehr rundum, der z. Teil mit vielen Trucks auch sehr laut ist. ( Nah an Highwayauffahrt.) Klimaanlage auch sehr laut. Zimmer in der vierten Etage direkt an brummenden Klimaanlagen - leider rundum zu laut. Sonst alles klasse! Personal war immer sehr freundlich. Kein Frühstücksplatz im Hotel, außer im Zimmer - aber nahegelegenen 'Ritz' Diner (zwei Blocks) war sehr gut. Trotz Lärm haben wir uns die ganze Woche sehr sehr wohl in dem Hotel gefühlt!

Close to Sloan Hospital

Cons: Have ice machines on each floor and free coffee in the rooms. Make sure rooms air conditioning works properly.
It was very close for doctor's appt at sloan and easy access to get back on the highway. The room was too hot, had to paid for everything including the coffee. The coffee is free in other hotels is free in the rooms.

Traditional English hotel next to Hyde Park.

Pros: Location. A very, very nice breakfast spread.
Cons: I would not change anything.
Location: Hyde Park and Kensington Garden.
Close to subway. Rates as expected. Quiet and clean.

Excellent staff,Hotel needs remodeling

Great staff, night (female) manger provided very good customer service. The hotel needs not to charge for wifi. The hotel is in need of a remodeling the lighting in hallways and need to put money into fixing or replacing the elevators . My family was stuck in the elevator for 30 minutes. NYFD had to get us out. I learned after from staff and other guest that this is a recurring problem.

Room small, no fan in the bathroom, too noisy, not super close to restaurants or public transit, they charge for the wi-fi per device so if you want to use it on your phone and/or tablet/computer, you'll have to pay twice.

Nice hotel....

Pros: It's quiet and lovely.
Cons: The air conditioner could be quieter.
Location: Lots of good restaurants nearby. And close to the major hospitals.
The Bentley is a nice hotel, beautiful lobby, very nice rooms. The street is noisy, but it quiets down in the evening. I must admit that the air conditioner is loud when it goes on, but otherwise everything was lovely.

荷物は、部屋まで自分で運びました。ビジネスホテルみたいでした。 マンハッタンへのアクセスが悪すぎました。タクシー代が、四日間で渋滞もあって4万円近くかかりました。
