Not the greatest hotel!

Throughout the course of our stay at Hotel Bentley there were several issues: 1. The cleanliness of the hotel bed sheets were questionable. On several occasions when we requested new sheets the staff were very slow at providing fresh sheets. 2. The water would not drain whilst taking a shower. When we advised staff, again they were very slow at coming to the room to resolve the issue. 3. The shower was not the best, the water was cold and it was not powerful. 4. The location of the hotel is further than we expected; it is not close to Central Park or Times Square. Overall, the level of satifaction of the hotel was poor.

Nice hotel close to all tourist spots

This was a good hotel as the location was convienent to tourist spots and the subway. The staff was super helpful and accommodated our needs. I only wish the washroom were better in design.

We had a wonderful time at the Bentley!

Pros: Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and quiet and awesome view!
Cons: Offer free wifi in the room and don't crowd out table top and refrigerator with so many expensive bottles of this and that.
Location: There is a tram within walking distance that provides an excellent outing to Roosevelt Island. Beautiful neighborhoods and some shopping
The staff were friendly and helpful - one of my daughters got a call from work and had to print, sign and fax paperwork- the folks at the front desk were quick to help her out with this. They were 100% friendly and helpful whenever we needed something. Our room was very comfortable and quiet and we had a fantastic view of the Queensboro bridge! This hotel is located a little ways from the hustle and bustle of Times square, which suited us well. We could get easily get to major sites and events via the subway. We did not have to walk far to access the subway, a grocery store, or a tram that travelled over the river to Roosevelt Island- which made a lovely evening trip with fantastic views! The neighborhoods nearby were pretty and interesting to walk through and people were friendly. Thanks to the Bentley - we enjoyed every minute we were in our hotel and slept well each night. Thank you!

Just okay!

Pros: Staff and cleanliness.
Cons: Room service, variety of restaurants in the hotel, facilities
Location: I went for a conference and it was 10 mins walk from the hotel. Everything is available around the hotel.
I paid like for a five-star hotel, but it was not even close to it.

20 floor great view! Housekeeper was very attentiv

I thoroughly enjoyed it. Full privacy. Only criticism is that there are no signs to hang on the door so a few times I was disturbed by housekeeping. But extremely satisfied with my stay. Very helpful bellman

Location of the hotel was convenient.

The main reason for the selection of this hotel was its location.Our rooms were small,clean,without any extras (coffee maker,etc).Air conditioning was very noisy.The main weakness is the lack of a breakfast facility.Hotel offers in room breakfast,one has to order the night before,or a bar facility( seating six people),with self service coffee and and limited bakery goods.The doorman service is very efficient.

lovely, clean and modern

Had a great week with my friend in New York staying at The Bentley Hotel! About a 20min walk to Central Park and close to some lovely places to eat! The hotel was clean and modern and the staff were very helpful and polite. They had a great rooftop bar and restaurant and enjoyed the ribs I had! Would highly recommend to stay here!
