Nice small hotel with pleasant and helpful staff.

Pros: Location and size.
Family graduation and hotel was very convenient to all of our venues. Pleasant upper East side location with river view and nice park across the street for the little ones.

Boring hotel with boring bar and bad interior deco

The hotel needs a massive update. The two armchairs in the lobby are extremely dirty. The whole place needs updating and the bar needs a better mood lighting redesign. Although the staff were very nice and efficient.

Great Location

Pros: The location, the views & the bed!
Cons: The breakfast offerings downstairs were pretty basic & could be improved.
We had a great stay at the Bentley Hotel! The location was excellent & the hotel staff were helpful & friendly. The beds were super comfortable! and the views of the bridge & cable car were spectacular!. Overall a great hotel for a reasonable price.

Great older hotel-super location!

Pros: Extremely accomodating staff, incredible sweeping views, in-room safes
Cons: Update carpeting, add a swimming pool,don't charge for use of in-room fridge, vacuum room daily
Location: Lots of restaurants nearby--several blocks from subway station--very nice neighborhood.
What a fantastic hotel on the Upper East Side! A bit older, with some funky qualities (zebra-striped carpets in the rooms), but it was clean, accomodating, and comfortable. The front desk staff was INCREDIBLY gracious and accomodating---they were FANTASTIC about allowing us to check in quite early (8AM!) after an all night red-eye flight. As well they offered us a rollaway bed for free, moved our room and upgraded us with zero difficulty. Stunning panoramic views of the Queensboro Bridge from our corner room--panoramic views of the Queensboro Bridge and the East River. Giant roman shades made it easy to create privacy and darkness at night. Requests for extra towels and soap were promptly granted. Because we stayed for several nights, we were offered free in-room wi-fi, which was wonderful. The $20/night charge to utilize the in-room refrigerator seemed outlandish, but we made do.

Comfortable, reasonably priced & good location

Pros: location and cost
Cons: sound proofing
Location: Starbucks and Diner is within 2 blocks
Clean, comfortable setting,services, nice views and helpful staff. Good location Free internet is limited to the Lobby. Decor is too dark and dated. noise level is high from the street and adjacent rooms

The staff is lovely and the hotel is new

We stayed at the Bentley hotel for 4 days during a family trip and we enjoyed our stay very much! The staff is so friendly, helpful and always try to go above and beyond to ensure you are having a great time! Elvina especially was so lovely and we would absolutely stay here again, thanks to her amazing service. The location is very good as well!

Great location near to food and sights.

A hotel on the East Side within a block or 2 of food and the Subway. Very comfortable room and some with views of the East River and Ed Koch Bridge.

It was fine and yes I would stay again if I was staying in nyc . parking was way less than we thought.

Very tired

Staff are lovely and beds are very comfortable, good location, but rooms are very tired and need refurbishing, also lots of dust in room, would be lovely to have complimentary tea or coffee in room as you have to pay for everything and expensive
